Great spot!
The minor issues: We had a bit of a tough time finding the place because I didn’t get any confirmation email about directions to it. I think it went to spam but we figured that out after struggling to get there. It is on an island that is a gated community so before you go I would highly recommend contacted them before you get there to make sure you can get in. Try to get there in the daylight. I called a few numbers a few times and texted and got a response within 5 minutes so she was able to explain it. Cell service was sparse there and the WiFi was not that great. If you are going to have some people on a boat and some at the house I would recommend bringing walkie talkies. The place is full of little signs that say you will get fined for this or that If you don’t do this or that so that didn’t feel very welcoming but We get it that they have probably been burned by previous renters. It’s run by property managers.
The good: we LOVED this place for our 2 families totaling 10 people. 2 couples had a bed and 6 kids each had their own bed. GReat deck space and loved hanging out in the dock and swimming. We brought our boat which was perfect. We would definitely choose this place again. We are glad we got this Opportunity to spend in an area we had never been before. Also you could walk the island on the road which was a nice walk. We stayed our 5 days pretty much at the property and didn’t leave except one time to get a few groceries. I highly recommend bring your own groceries. They store there is expensive. Was very fun time!
