This place was a beautiful slice of heaven. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and stayed for a few days and it was stunning views and very relaxing. The handcrafts membership inside and outside of the house are such a work of art.. It was very quiet and the views were stunning. I absolutely love this place, the beauty of God‘s creation is all around you. 15 out of 10 stars!!!!!!!!Thank you to the owners and creators of this masterpiece. Everything you see is handcrafted from the owner, bravo!!!God bless you!

We spent a week the end of July 2026 here. It is a beautiful cabin with everything that you need. Just bring groceries and you are set! We went into Yellowstone, boated, rode side by sides, floated the river - had a wonderful time.

Beautiful cabin! Very clean, custom cabin. Perfect for a family get away. We didn’t want to leave! Would definitely recommend for anybody visiting island park area. We enjoyed island park reservoir, fished the Madison river and visited west Yellowstone and Yellowstone park. We hope to use this cabin again!

Wow!! We felt like we were the Dutton’s on the show Yellowstone. The Treehouse was so much more than what the pictures show. It was cozy, had everything we needed and the view was spectacular. We wish we could have stayed longer. Our family definitely loved our stay there. We u go open to be back soon!

Immaculately clean and comfortable with gorgeous views of the mountains and Island Park Reservoir. So relaxing and peaceful. 45 minute drive to the Yellowstone gate. There are nice hikes near the cabin as well. Just pack your groceries ahead of time, especially if you need specialty items (such as gluten free). There is a small grocery store 20 minute away, but it is very limited.

The treehouse was just as advertised by other reviews. It was very clean,cozy and convenient to Yellowstone. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Treehouse in Island Park

The Treehouse was perfect in its location to Yellowstone and accommodating our 2 families. The owners had everything you could possibly need or want. The view is breathtaking. Very convenient to horse back riding- right there! Highly recommend this property!

Even more beautiful than the pictures!

The cabin was beautiful and gave us lots of space for dinners and family time after long days in Yellowstone! Windows give you spectacular views of the mountains or the water from every room! The owners were always super quick to respond and really great! We loved our time there!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Very responsive property manager and hosts. We had a few questions prior to arriving and all questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. We have never travelled out West and were amazed at the wide open surroundings and beauty everywhere. This home is a feast for the eyes inside and out, every room has neat details and handmade items - outside is a 360 view and is breathtaking. My husband is a builder and he appreciated all the wonderful details of the log home. My whole family are wildlife watchers and the fact that pronghorns, marmots, ground squirrels, chipmunks, and many many bird species were all able to be seen on the property was a huge plus. Highly recommend bringing a good camera! We used the Treehouse as a launching pad to Yellowstone and The Tetons but also found that there is a lot to be seen in Idaho right around Island Park. We left with a list of things we still want to do in the area and plan to be back. We found everything we needed within the home as far as comfort - plenty of places to relax, large table for a group to eat indoors, outdoor seating for a group, well equipped kitchen and grill. Highly recommend this place for a stay.

Great getaway location!

This property was fantastic. The attention to detail when designing and building this cabin is incredible. We had three generations of family for our stay and everyone loved it. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen is good enough for any chef. All in all it has a relaxed, homey feel in a spectacular setting.

Excellent, first class home in every way.

We had our family of 10 ranging from 10-86. It was gorgeous and perfectly outfitted and designed. We used it as our base point for our West Yellowstone visits and it worked out perfect. Would highly recommend the cabin to anyone!

6 family & friends had a perfect weeklong stay in late September at the cabin. The craftsmanship of every inch of the home is absolutely stunning and the highlight of the home. We loved waking up to views of the lake and seeing pronghorn bounding by at dusk. We spent every day in Yellowstone and were grateful to have a beautiful relaxing place to return to. Do note, if you're looking for convenience to Yellowstone's sights, stay in the park. We deliberately traded a longer drive time (45 mins each way outside the park gate) for a unique and comfortable home. The experience of the log cabin was well worth it to us.

Paradise in Island Park!

This place is one of the most incredible VRBO stays we have had to date. Nestled in Island Park, this paradise is away from everyone so you are sure to find peace and tranquility. This house is immaculate. The owners are very generous to share this serene abode with all. They are very communicative and the place is stunningly beautiful and very well taken care of.

This cabin is one of the most beautiful I have ever been in. It was comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed.
