Explore, with available kayak/canoe and fish Lees Pond’s 180 acres. Or putter around its shores, if you have a small boat with an electric motor or 7.5 horsepower max. motor. Larger boats can launch on L. Winnipesaukee at nearby Lees Mills. Walk and bike through the woods on extensive trails abutting the property. Hike a mountain or waterfall at nearby Castle in the CLouds. Splash with small children on the swim beach on the owner’s other property next door. Play ping-pong and work out in air conditioned comfort. Visit the Loon Center. Several bikes allow you to explore surrounding dirt roads and woods trails. Play tennis on nearby playground courts, or golf on course 10 min. away. Relieve stress while working on a jigsaw puzzle. Choose a raft and drift on the pond. In winter, Take a brisk walk, skate or ski across the pond. Cross country ski, or sled on back country trails across the street, or snowmobile the trail crossing the pond, or downhill ski at one of 7 resorts within an hr's drive. Come back inside to enjoy a cozy fire. The house is located one mile from Rt. 25, down a woodsy gravel road.
