WELCOME TO BIRDIE'S II !

You will enjoy staying at our condo on the second floor overlooking the large pool and vast expanse of the Atlantic Ocean. Experience the warm rays of sunshine in the morning and view the moon at night while you listen to the sound and sight of the surf. You are just steps away from the pool, the beach, and barbecue grills. A short walk down the hall will lead to a fantastic lazy river, a kiddie pool, hot tub and a heated swimming pool. You will find something for all ages.

This one bedroom unit is comfy, clean, and tastefully decorated for your vacation pleasures. While the condo can accommodate 6, we suggest 4 people offers ideal comfort.

Our condo is equipped with a TV in the bedroom and living areas, a full size dishwasher, and hi-chairs and table on the private balcony.

IMPORTANT: Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING condo. Violators will forfeit their security deposit.

The room was dirty when we arrived. Sand still on the floor, floor boards moldy n dirty in bathroom. The pation door hard to open. Patio furniture is lovely. Nice bathroom shower.

The view is lovely and the chairs on the balcony are comfortable — we spent hours in them! Comfortable bed and mattress. The interior could use a few small tune ups (new throw pillows, a few tightens w a screwdriver) but these are easy fixes and not a huge deal. There is a cabinet (which is not immediately obvious and we did not find it until several days in) that has pots and pans and other cooking items.

Condo needs some updates, new flooring and patio door hard to open and close. Resort itself is really nice other than security around the big ocean front pool, kids were throwing a football around and security was nasty to people and accused them of things they didn't do and threatened to throw them out of the Resort and shut down the pool to others, mind you beach was closed due to nurishment they are doing to the ocean. Pool isn't open after storm or rain passes and renters were upset by this. But all in all I would stay there again.

Budget friendly and great location!! Small, I’d say 2 adults and 2 small children at most. The pullout couch is extremely thin as are the mattresses on the bunk beds so definitely not good for adults. There was a frying pan for eggs but no pots for pasta just as an fyi. I loved the patio furniture and the view. Hallways, pools, parking lots all very clean. Owners very responsive.

We had a fantastic vacation. They condo was perfect and we sat on the balcony to see the sun rise . Myrtle Beach resort is our favorite place to stay . It's very safe (gated) . This is the second stay for our family in this condo and it did not disappoint. The listing details are accurate and it has everything you need inside of the condo.
