This beautiful 5 bedroom mountain retreat townhome is in a great and convenient location. It is an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge with many shops and restaurants and 9 minute walk to the high-speed Quicksilver chairlift at Peak 9. Breckenridge's ice arena is also a short walk away. This is located on the free shuttle route which runs twice an hour, with a stop just steps from the front door.

The home is spacious and can accommodate sleeping for up to 14. This three level home has 5 bedrooms (plus small loft) and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy the oversized deck with private outdoor hot tub and dining after a long day of skiing or hiking. A full stocked kitchen and large vaulted living area is perfect for entertaining.

Great place to call home in Breckenridge during our snow-cation! Nice big property that can hold a couple of families. Very convenient to town and even to Peak 9 lifts. Everybody in our group really liked the place and would definitely recommend for anybody looking to “roll deep”.

Terrific Place for a Family Reunion

Location is great for a large group, close to skiing, with bus stop a few steps away, and easy access to Ice Rink for overflow parking. Everything we needed was provided. House was extra comfortable and fun.

The property had room for only 2 cars. I told him we needed 4 parking places.He said he had another property nearby and he would make arrangements for 2 cars to be parked.When we arrived he said 2 cars had to be parked at the public ice rink and we had to pay 145 to park there which we did.He must have been lying to get the property booked.Is he typical of the people you represent?Not happy at all.

I'm very confused by this comment. I provided free parking at my other property for 2 additional cars beyond the 2 guaranteed spots as a courtesy, which you said you used. The ice rink is for additional overflow parking. I always strive to be accommodating to all my guests as can be seen by all other reviews and comments. It is unfortunate that a good deed somehow turned into a negative review. For future reference I recommend a quick call or message to your hosts if there is any confusion as most host, like myself, will bend over backwards to resolve issues as they arise. Best regards.

Location, location, location! Condo is wonderful for family. Lots of separate bedrooms and baths. Kids loved the outdoor yard to play in. Condo needs a deep cleaning but nothing that was unlivable. We had architects, designers and electricians staying here so maybe our expectations are a little different. Host was very accommodating in providing additional parking. Great vacation!

Great location, great property, great experience.

Warriors mark checked all the boxes for my family and I. It was the perfect size, location and had great amenities for our girls trip getaway! My only very minor critique was how dusty the condo was. However, we assumed it had been sitting empty for a few months due to COVID-19 restrictions so this was no big deal to us. The property owner was very gracious and timely answering all of our questions and we would most certainly look to stay again if traveling to Breckinridge. Highly recommend to everyone!

Nice Enough

Location is great. Neighborhood is very nice, quiet and clean. Very close to Main Street shopping and dining. Condo was nice enough but nothing special. The deep cleaning prior to our visit clearly was not conducted which was very easily seen especially in the downstairs bathrooms. Somebody visiting before us had long curly black hair. Sticky kitchen floors and dining room floors too show the minimal cleaning done prior to our arrival. Wash the bathroom area rugs or really just throw them away.

Great location to Peak 9 lift and we saw 2 moose!

This house was great for our family of 10's ski trip to Breckenridge. Short walking distance to peak 9's lift and the ski rental place that was recommended (on the way to the lift)- which also offers free storage each night so we didn't have to carry our skis to and from the hill. Having 3 king beds was amazing too- everyone was comfortable. The cherry on top was waking up to seeing 2 moose RIGHT outside our front door. We all sat around the front windows and watched them for 30 minutes. Made the trip even more memorable! The hosts were so quick to get back to us and the hot tub was a hit with the kids. It all made for a great vacation!

Great VK spot

Location, location location. So close to downtown, quicksilver, shuttle and Carter Park for sledding. We loved our stay and our host was very helpful. Part of our group arrived early and our host was able to let them into the unit a bit before normal check in. The hot tub was being serviced when we arrived which we loved as we knew it was cleaned and ready to use. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and utensils which worked great for our large family group. If I had to be a little picky, there are 3 bathrooms but only one is not ensuite and there is not a bath on the main floor so if you have a a full house that might be a consideration. I would highly recommend this property and we would consider staying here again.

Very nice property

Me and my buddies used this place as our base for a few days of hiking. Condo is in a fantastic location for a 4-5 min walk to the south end of the Breck Main Street district. Property was pretty clean and well maintained. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need (probably the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in the past few years of staying at VRBO properties). Everyone felt that their beds were comfortable. Would have been nice to have a bathroom on the main floor, but we didn’t let it bother us. Three bedrooms are on the lower level, one bedroom with a set of bunk beds is on the main floor, and the upstairs loft area has a bed and it’s own bathroom. Showers worked great as we all were able to take warm showers without running out of hot water. Hot tub on the back patio was great after day of long hikes and was clean. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking at it.

Our stay was very good. We had no wifi, and that was problematic for our kids who needed to work from this location. Even though we didn't like the answer, Jeremiah's communications with us about it were very prompt. A note for Jeremiah - I left the plug from my charger in the outlet upstairs in the bedroom - on the window side. It is black.
