We chose this home based on the photos and it was so beautiful just like the pictures. We had a house full enjoying Thanksgiving in such beautiful surroundings. The town and gondolas were so close to the house. Would definitely recommend this home to everyone. Excellent communication from the day we booked until the day we left!

Family vacation- July 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently spent a week-long family vacation at Bear Tracks Lodge with eight adults and five children, ages 7 to 16. The home provided plenty of space for everyone, and both our grandchildren and adult children thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, theater room, and hot tub.One of the highlights of our stay was seeing bears and moose near the property, which was especially exciting for our family. With numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, the lodge comfortably accommodated our three-generation group. There were a few maintenance issues during our stay, including a dishwasher that only worked on the short cycle, a freezer compartment that was not cooling adequately, and a sauna that was not functioning. However, the River Ridge Rentals staff was very responsive and addressed most of these issues promptly while we were there.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Bear Tracks Lodge for a Breckenridge vacation.
