New house of 93 m2 on 538 m2 of land, walled.

The house consists of a large living room of 40 m2, living room dining room fully equipped kitchen, very nice bright room not overlooked.

A cellar with a washing machine and a dryer.

3 bedrooms, 2 with 160 * 200 beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of 1 bed 140 * 190 and one 90 * 190. All bedding is new.

1 bathroom with walk-in shower 90 * 120

And 2 separate toilets.

Outside

Rear terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue and 1 parasol.

Front terrace with 4 sun loungers and a parasol.
Heated swimming pool 7 x 3 m, depth 1.50 m with electric shutters.
