Modern and spacious 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom home with finished full basement. 2 car garage with additional parking for up to 4 cars on driveway and free street parking is also available.

This home is great for large families or group stays. It is located steps away from the Boughton Ridge Golf Course and minutes away from restaurants, shopping, entertaining and grocery at The Promenade Boilingbrook. Minutes away from Interstate 355 and 55 and only 30 miles away from Downtown Chicago. Roughly 25-30 minutes from ORD airport.

All 4 bedrooms include new furniture and luxury mattresses. The Master Suite includes a king bed, private bathroom and a large walk in closet. 2 additional bedrooms have queen beds with new mattresses and the last bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. The basement has a sofa sleeper and full bathroom. We also have 3 queen sized premium air mattresses available to accommodate all of your guests.

The main floor is equipped with a Ecobee with Alexa functionality. The brand new smart TV's are equipped with Youtube TV cable service. Spotify and Pandora are also available to play music (Spotify account required). Soundbars have bluetooth functionality if you would like to use your phone or tablet to play music.

The finished basement is equipped with a renovated full bath, wet bar, board games, refrigerator as well as a ping pong table.

Enjoy gorgeous views from the refinished backyard deck. An outdoor dining table is included for your enjoyment. Enjoy beautiful nights and feel cozy in front of the fire pit.

Basic kitchen utensils, coffee, pots/pans and appliances are provided. Laundry room is equipped with detergent and dryer sheets.

Very safe and nice looking neighborhood

Very spacious with plenty of rooms for multiple couples and family members to spread out. Having 3.5 bathrooms was a definite plus for our large group. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks everywhere; we were able to get our daily walks in and felt completely safe in doing so.

The Best of the Best

From the time we first inquired about this VRBO until the day we checked out, the owner communicated quickly very quickly to whatever question we had.The home is lovely and the view of the golf course from the back deck is refreshing and relaxing. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and right off the expressway which makes it convenient to both Chicago airports as well as most of the happening places in Chicago.Families with babies might have a concern about the stairs going up to the second floor and want to bring their own gate but aside from that the house is well adapted to the needs of all ages.We would definitely stay there again should we be back in the area.

Wonderful stay in Bollingbrook!

Our stay at this VRBO rental was nothing short of exceptional! The location was perfect – safe, quiet, and conveniently situated. Syed was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. His proactive reminders helped us navigate the rental smoothly, avoiding any unnecessary charges. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The 8 of us (in town for a hockey tournament) had more than enough space. Great Trip to Bolling Brook

Our son was getting married in Naperville. We booked this house for family coming in from Texas. It was exactly what we needed. Syed was incredibly responsive. The house is in a great location only a couple minutes from mall/groceries. The only criticism we had was there is a large window in the king suite that didn’t have a covering. Probably not a problem most of the year, but during the summer when the sun comes up at 5:30, it was pretty bright. Minor issue, but otherwise great stay.

I loved the neighborhood …

But the house was quite dirty, I suspect the cleaning service may need to be changed, fly paper in the basement loo looked like it had never been changed and had bugs stuck to it. We had young kids and things often roll under the furniture, if you moved a sofa- the ground underneath was dirty. There were no extra linens in the house for the sofa beds.The house itself is in a lovely quiet neighborhood and Syed was an excellent host who was extremely responsive

Clean, comfy and quiet

Comfy bed in primary room! That is the thing I care most about when renting a vacation rental so when I get a good bed, I like to write about it. This house is pretty good for groups. It would have been nice to have another full-size bathroom but we did ok. The house was very clean. Furniture was comfortable and sufficiently-sized for the number of bedrooms in the home. Parking was good. Supplies were sufficient. We weren’t lacking anything in the kitchen. Sometimes there is left-over oil in the cabinet and there wasn’t anything like that in the cabinets but there was salt and pepper and a full spice rack. Fridge was nice and large. Bring ice. Range/Oven was good… it had one small part at the top (good for pizza or bacon) and one big oven on the bottom. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It’s also located near a lot of stores and the highway but it was far enough away that it’s still very quiet. Everyone in our group liked the house and was very pleased.

Not clean and malfunctioned appliances

Unfortunately, this listing was far from what we expected and was advertised. I rented this for my wedding as a place to host my family. There were several negative experiences that we had: 1) No check-in code was given and we had to wait in the driveway until host texted us. 2) Poor cleanliness: there was a dirty towel, candy wrappers in the basement futon, and dirty glasses as well. 3) No linens for air mattress! 4) No toiletries! No shampoo, no conditioner, no bath soap, no Q-tips, etc. 4) Malfunctioned appliances: the dishwasher did not work, the fridge went out of power, as did the coffee machine The host eventually came and purchased the above items and dropped them off for us. He mentioned they hired a new cleaning service and that was the reason for the missing items. But it doesn't explain the whole story. Fortunately, I was still able to enjoy my wedding week with my family and husband.

Above and beyond!

We were in town for my daughter's wedding and wanted everything to be nice and comfortable. Syed went above and beyond to get items that were missing or defective at the home and was very responsive to our every need and concern! Syed came by to repair the laundry room light, ordered and had delivered bed linens and a very nice blow up queen mattress. He immediately ordered and had delivered a blender, shampoos, multisurface cleaner, dish soap, dish towels, and brought us more toilet paper and paper towels. I can't imagine how difficult it is to stay on top of making sure everything is stocked and available at such a busy property, but Syed made sure we had everything! The kitchen was great for cooking/baking and all the guests enjoyed the stocked Keurig coffee maker. The deck had just been redone, and it was so nice to sit out on in the evening with the sun umbrella and nice table to eat at. The bride had a breakfast with her bridemaids one morning and they enjoyed breakfast on the deck and it was lovely! I have stayed at many short term rentals and have never had such a responsive and personable owner or property manager. Communication and responsiveness goes a long way to please renters and Syed definitely has that down!! I would highly recommend this property based on all of his responses. I realize I am a rather meticulous guest, who enjoys cleanliness and neatness and has high expectations when picking a property. If you are the same, this is the one!

Bolingbrook

We went for a graduation and had friends with us. We all had a great time. We enjoyed a white Christmas for the first time in decades. Being from south Texas, snow is not a regular thing. We all enjoyed the snow from the warmth of this beautiful house. We felt safe, comfortable and the location was close to everything. The property manager was the best from providing answers to our questions to providing a Christmas tree and a slow cooker, which we used a lot! We would definitely stay if in the area again.

Roomy and comfortable

Our family -- three couples, plus one mom and pre-teenager -- were very comfortable, with plenty of privacy, large rooms, great kitchen, and were able to host a larger family group of 16 for meals and games together. And ping-pong! It was a tremendous family reunion. We would come back any time.

Great House and Setting!

We were in the Chicago area for a family reunion and had several family members from out of town. We decided a big house would be better than 5 hotel rooms and boy were we right! This house has great living space for people to spread out, a large kitchen to make meals instead of dining out and a great deck to enjoy the scenes at the golf course. The ping pong table in the basement provided entertainment for everyone and the 2 large tables were a great space for board games in between the events we were to attend in Plainfield for the family reunion. It is convenient to restaurants and fun things to do as well.
