The Home was very clean and beautiful. My family and I are big tea drinkers, so was perfect. The host provided an abundance supply of tea. No issue at all with the home except the reason we rented the home, we could not use. Was not told about the parking issue until check in time. So 2 couple who were supposed to stay at the hus could not. Because they could not park on the street or in the yard as we already had the 4 vehicle limit. So they got a hotel and I was left paying their share of the verbo. We also could not host the intimate memorial dinner bc of the parking situation. No one wanted their car towed. So I had to rent a venue last min to host this dinner. After we left, I received a text about 9 damaged towels asking me to pay for them. I saw stain on 2 of the towels but could not ascertain stain on the other 7 and if they were not the same picture. My cousin did admit that her kids could have cause the black stain on the two towels but the other 7 looked like dirty towels. And this host is asking me to replace 9 towels as if she did not expect the towels to be used. This house cost me lot of for 3 nites, plus the added expense of a venue and she asked me to pay for 9 dirty towels. This was my first and last verbo. I will cont'd to stay at hotels where I will never be asked to replace towels nor have issue with parking. Yes, I did take the insurance but that only covers incident to the hus. My cousin agreed to replace the towels. But I have learned my lesson.
