Perfect SE Location, Historic Charm, Modern Amenities. New to VRBO.

This large rehabbed 1BR condo was built in 1910, and offers the feeling of old Portland, while having modern comfort, amenities and furnishings.
The location is the star of this show -- the condo is on a tree-lined street of old homes, blocks from many of Portland's most popular shops and restaurants. You can walk to many, but with a bike share station and bus stop a block away, the entire city is at your disposal. Although a car is not necessary in this location, if you want to rent a car for a day or two, there is an Enterprise location within walking distance (Burnside and 7th) where you can rent a car for much less than at the airport.
Many amenities including wifi, Chromecast for streaming, central air, and washer and dryer are provided.
We live mostly in Hawaii, but spend about 2 months a year in Portland. We have a locked storage room where we put our things, so during your visit the entire condo (except the locked storage room), and everything in it, will be for your use.
You will be able to check yourself in using a code for the lockbox that we will provide several days before you arrive. We have a team in Portland who will prepare the place for your arrival, and will be available during your stay should the need arise.
The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. The bathroom has all the necessities, including toothpaste and toothbrush, in case you've forgotten yours.
This is a second-story unit with interior stairs, no elevator.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
In consideration for our downstairs neighbor, we ask that guests remove shoes. There is a bench at the entry as well as a shoe cabinet.

This condo is fantastic

It’s so clean and nice. It’s actually better and more spacious than the photos indicate. The neighborhood is really fun and walkable. It served as a perfect base from which to explore and experience Portland which was the purpose of my 5 week stay. The owner’s communication is impeccable and fast. I would stay here again without hesitation and hope to!

Perfect stay in Portland

Christina & Dan's condo is located at an excellent location, very easy to get around with Trimet bus and walking distance to bars, coffee shops, restaurants and food carts. Their place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Christina & Dan's were always available whenever I have questions. Absolutely recommend it. Ashwin & Bharati

A perfect place to stay

I had an absolutely amazing time here at Christina and Dan's condo. It was super clean when I arrived and I got to meet one of the friendly neighbors on the way in. The location is awesome since there are so many good restaurants and other things within a walkable distance. There are even two great food cart pods within a block or two that I visited frequently! Also just sitting out on the patio at nights relaxing with some friends was a great time. Communication with Christina was great, gave clear details and instructions, and very friendly. Awesome hosts! If you are looking for a place to stay in Portland, don't look any further because you found it right here.

My husband and I retired to Hawaii and Portland after 30 years living all over the world. We have lived in Serbia, Italy, China and Luxembourg. We live mostly on the Big Island of Hawaii, but we spend a couple of months of the year in Portland.
We are active (my husband is an IronMan and I am an IronFan!) and we are pleased to share our favorite places with others.

Although our condo is charming and comfortable, it's best feature is its LOCATION! You can walk to many of Portland's hotspots, or grab a bike or bus only a block away.

This place is the perfect place to sample the Portland lifestyle: It is in a quiet neighborhood of stately old homes on tree-lined streets, but so close to the areas that visitors come to Portland to see.
