I've owned this condo for almost 5 years. Have been renting it out for the past 2 years to some awesome tenants. Looking forward to meeting many more.

Why they chose this property

I loved the light and the open floor plan. Because this is an older building that was renovated, you get a larger floor plan with all the modern updates you want. I put in new floors, laundry, lighting, and paint to make it the condo I love.

What makes this property unique

Location for sure. You can walk to so much but it's also close to parking, Streetcar and the MAX. The open floor plan is awesome as well.
