Spacious and beautifully furnished 2 COMPLETE KITCHENS, 4 bedrooms, 5 Beds, 2 queen sofa beds, 4 bathroom, 2 Family Rooms, 2 Dining Areas, 5 Televisions.

Great home just steps from the sand and everything else the Central Coast has to offer.

The home sleeps 14 comfortably plus a twin daybed and has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of family fun awaits!

The entire Downstairs Entryways, Bedroom, Master Bath and all Kitchen and Living Areas are Handicapped Accessible! No Steps or Stairs to enter! Please note the house does not have AC and Heating is by 1 wall heater in Master Bedroom and 4 Electric Fireplaces! Still is very comfy all year!

Surfing, fishing, biking, hiking, beach combing, and ATV rentals to name a few. Also just a short drive or nice beach walk away from Pismo Beach. Restaurants, shopping and many local attractions await. After a day of fun just relax!

Watch the sun go down as you BBQ !!!

Our women’s group stayed here while in town for a conference. We had the best time and each of us loved the house. Great location to the beach. House was spacious, we were at max capacity and didn’t feel like we were bumping into each other. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed (minus food of course). Host was phenomenal to work with. Very responsive and helpful. I’m sure we will book again in the future.

Great place for a beach vacation

If you are looking for a place to get away and you have a large family or are planning a getaway with extended family this house is a great choice. The beach is just steps away for daytime fun in the water and night time marshmellow roasting with a bon fire.

This place was perfect for multiple families, with plenty of sleeping accommodations with comfortable beds! The 2 kitchens are very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Nice house for larger groups

It wasn’t easy finding a vacational rental for four couples, but “Sand in your pants” proved to be a very memorable experience. The house was clean, bedding was very comfortable and management was timely and always very helpful.

Birthday Fun!

This was such a great location for our family it was just a 5 min walk to the beach. Very clean and spacious plenty of room to spread out loved that it had 2 kitchens. It was perfect for celebrating my birthday.

It was nice to be able to walk 50 yards right onto the beach. Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. The owner and property manager were very responsive to our questions.

My mother and I purchased this Home Away from Home in 1999 as a get away location for the entire family to enjoy! Our family means the world to us and spending time with them in this Ocean Paradise has been wonderful! We hope you enjoy spending your time in our family home!

Why they chose this property

Our family of adult children and grandchildren enjoy everything the beach and nearby dunes have to offer. We walk to the beach, take long walks into Pismo Beach and enjoy the water sports and dune ATV's! There is always something to do in this immediate area!

What makes this property unique

This home is very roomy and fits 15 guests comfortably, accommodates 2 complete families with 2 complete kitchens, fully stocked. Very comfortable furniture with all the perks at your fingertips! TV's in every bedroom on top of the main Living spaces TV's.
Beautiful portable fireplaces for those nippy days near the beach!
