This beachy cottage has an amazing location directly on Belleair Beach with full access to a private beach that offers unbelievable views of the Gulf and no crowds. New roof, skylights, and siding 2021. The unit has everything you might need. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with flat-screen tv, an electric fireplace, and an adjacent full guest bath. The main bedroom offers, flat screen tv and a private full bath. There is a separate walk-in closet/storage room with all you need for the beach (chairs, floats etc). The additional cozy den/bedroom has a murphy bed. There is an inside laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and plenty of towels. Connect all your electronics to the free wifi. There is one tandem parking spot - sharing with upstairs unit. Enjoy the salt air sitting on the large deck offering tables with umbrellas and a charcoal grill.
This area has a lot to offer. Clearwater Beach is minutes away with all the local restaurants, attractions, marina, and famous Pier 60.

Great location

If you're looking for a quiet beach location, this is it. Literally steps from the beach, it makes going there so easy. With a toddler, lugging things to the beach is generally the hardest part, and the location was great. The property itself is fine. Lots of knick knacks that needed to be moved to keep my toddler from breaking them. Beds are pretty uncomfortable and the noise from the upstairs tenant can be easily heard. Some minor amenities and decreasing clutter would make this place much better (softer beds, better pillows, nightstands, Kleenex, etc). We enjoyed it due to beach proximity. Also be advised there is tandem parking which can be tricky. They do have a guest spot, but it was taken sometimes

Steps to the beach

The property was clean and just steps to the sand. It could use new beach chairs as one was ready to rip and 2 others were broken when you tried to recline. Convenient to Clearwater Beach.

Thin walls!!!!

I'll take ownership for not reading fine print that this is actually < downstairs > and tandem parking. Photos make you think this is upstairs. We went to check in, and no info was " under the mat" . The propert manager answered quickly, but the code she gave let us IN THE UPSTAIRS place. So beware, your code matches the other person staying up stairs. You assume you're uostairs since there is a #6 where you park. They dont make it 6A and 6B. They both just say 6. We literally walked in on a man. How embarrassing. The walls are so thin, we woke to hear the man upstairs convo echoing in the vents. It sounded like he was talking in the room with microphone. Every movement possible was loud. Use your imagination on things that can be heard besides a conversation or ealking. Every AM we had to knock on his door at 7am and ask him to move his car as you share one spot. So last one in, blocks you in. We were there for work, so we woke him every AM amd had to wait for him to get dressed and move his car.
