Upon arriving at the unit, we discovered dozens of dead insects and dozens flying through the unit. Very unsettling to see the interior with insects. We left and checked into a hotel.

Beautiful location. We stayed for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect. From the beautiful sunsets to being right on the beach, we had a wonderful time. Andrew was a great host and made sure to check in. I will be planning a girls trip to this location.

This beach house is ideal for anyone who wants to stay directly on the beach. The property is very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The only thing you need to know is that you must be able to climb 3 steep flights of stairs from the ground floor to the bedrooms (the living area and kitchen are on the floor between ground and the bedroom level). If you are unable to do that, this is not the property for you.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely consider coming back with our family. The location was the highlight of the trip. Being right on the beach with beautiful sunset views was amazing, and we loved being within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and other attractions. Having dedicated on-site parking was also a huge bonus in such a busy area.The condo was clean when we arrived, and the host was communicative and easy to work with throughout our stay. We also appreciated that beach supplies were provided, especially for travelers flying in and unable to bring their own equipment.One of our favorite features was the two balconies. They provided great outdoor space to relax and enjoy the ocean views and sunsets. The only suggestion would be to replace the balcony furniture with taller chairs. The current chairs sit low enough that the railing partially blocks the view when you're seated.There were a few other areas that could use improvement. The bed was quite uncomfortable and would benefit from a memory foam topper or mattress pad. The condo is also a bit dated, with some cabinets and other features showing wear and tear or needing minor repairs. While the beach equipment was convenient to have available, much of it was in rough condition. It appeared that some items had been left behind by previous guests over time.Despite these drawbacks, the unbeatable beachfront location, convenience, cleanliness, and overall experience made for a great v

The location and parking are excellent!! The place was very clean. Main downside was the decks are getting questionable and the smell of mildew was pretty strong when you come in. I'm sure that's an issue by the water. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This place is truly a gem! Excellent location, just steps to the beach. The place was very clean, well appointed and furnished to provide a cozy feel. Parking was easy, and safe - just steps away from the entry door. The host was welcoming, and very communicative despite our stay landing on a holiday. The highlight of our stay was being able to see the amazing sunset from the balconies. Will definitely stay here again.

My son and I had an amazing and comfortable stay at this listing! The area is great for families, the house is literally on the beach and can’t ask for much more. I would definitely give this place 5 stars and would stay again when visiting Clearwater.

Such a beautiful place to stay in Clearwater. It's exactly like the pictures and Andrew is a fantastic host. Checks in throughout your stay to make sure everything is ok. I loved that. We had one minor issue getting in, and Andrew got right back to me and helped immediately. Everything is within walking distance so no need to really drive much. You can watch the sunset right from the patio. It was immaculate cleanliness as well. Not even an ounce of sand on the floor upon check in which is kind of rare when staying right in the sand. We can't wait to come back again!
