WHAT’S NEARBY Just outside your door and behind the complex are the Conquest, Milestone, and Quick Draw Express Ski Lifts that will take you to the summit of the mountain for some unbeatable terrain, both for skiers and mountain bikers depending on what season you intend to visit. The base is also home to restaurants so that you can easily restore your energy and get back on the mountain. For a more leisurely activity, drive just two miles north to Granby Ranch Golf Course to golf the greens or head to downtown Granby, just four and a half miles away, for shops and last-minute necessities.
THINGS TO KNOW * Building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire (including grills), either in a campground or at a private residence is not allowed. No outdoor fires unless it is gas and can be turned off. ** All renters must purchase a day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member's home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1.

We had a great time here. Everything was clean and the one thing we needed fixed was taken care of immediately. We love the ski in ski out feature. We would definitely stay here again.
The pros: The condo was clean and communication was easy. It is also very conveniently located on the first floor. The cons: The sofa bed does not lay flat and was very uncomfortable due to that issue. It was also extremely bright at night in all sleeping spaces due to outside lights and lack of anything to properly block them. There are blinds in bedrooms but unfortunately they were inadequate. It is also minimally stocked as far as bedding. We’ve stayed at many of the condos in this building over the years. We chose this condo because it had availability but if I had other options I would choose a different unit next time.
We booked this condo for a wedding at granby ski resort. It was the perfect location and had everything we needed for a great price! Would definitely stay again!
This is a great location but the unit could use a little work. The carpet is so worn down that there are multiple spots where the tack strip is exposed causing you to get poked when you step on them. The "nonstick pans" in the kitchen are anything but given how scratched up they are. This is likely due to the fact that there is an extreme lack of good cooking utensils and multiple people have used metal utensils on the nonstick pans. The master bedroom mattress was not comfortable. On the positive side, the condo is 15 yards from the ski lockers which is about 30 yards from the lifts. This could be a really great place to stay if the owners would do a minor facelift.
Everything was great, just carpets could use deep cleaning.

Perfect location on the first floor!
Stocked with essentials, great location within the building to elevator, main lobby, ski lockers and patio entry. 2nd bedroom was great for kids with the option of bunks or separate full bed.

Amazing! We loved the conveniences of this VRBO. The locker for our boots, skiis and poles was perfect! Only downside was the carpet in the room, it really needs to be replaced, someone didn’t take care of it. Also we had someone above us stomping but owners can’t do anything about that. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo—it was perfect for my husband, our two kids (ages 5 and 7), and me. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, including bath towels, pool towels, soaps, and toilet paper. The washer/dryer was a big plus for quick laundry loads. The location is unbeatable! The included ski locker is a great convenience and located in a perfect spot. This was our youngest child’s first time skiing, and Granby Ranch was the ideal place to introduce them to the sport. The ski lift is just steps from the condo, making it so easy to get on the slopes. We stayed at the end of February, and there was never a wait for the lift lines. Overall, will definitely be staying here again.

We could not be happier with this hidden little gem. The fact my kids could learn to ski basically right outside our door could not be beat. What could have been a hectic scenario, turned out to be one of the best family vacations we have had. The lobby made it easy to meet up with other families we went with and the lockers made it nice to not have to drag all our ski stuff to our unit. The restaurant on the grounds was delish. We already booked the same unit for next year. It was clean, cozy and super convenient to the lifts and other buildings.

Left a little disappointed
We went in the summer for a baseball tournament nearby. I honestly loved the space and location, but we were disappointed that the pool was a (pricey) additional fee. Our team was able to gather by the firepits, but it would have been great to have more tables or seating.

Home appeared clean at first glance but really could use a super deep clean (fans, cabinets, carpets). Updated patio pictures would also be helpful as the view is mostly gone now with the addition of some new condos directly in front of this unit. The pool and hot tub is an additional charge per day to use those facilities. Overall the house had everything you would need for a stay and we got the condo for a bargain so I could look past some of the cleaning items that needed to be taken care of.

We had a nice time, some good things, some bad (no AC is an issue)
We stayed last weekend and found the lack of A/C to be an issue. They had one good fan that we rotated between all the rooms. but there was no ceiling fan in the kids room and the main family room fan doesn't really work. I suggested they stock the unit with at least 2 more fans for the windows and that would help alot. We had to keep the porch door open and the patio was really dirty and full of spiderwebs so that was not ideal.
The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked which was nice. The space is big, it's easy to get in and out being on the 1st floor. The building backs up to Grandby Ranch so it's really beautiful. The pool is nice, was a surprise we had to pay $15/ person each day (I must have missed some fine print somewhere), but still was fun.
Overall we probably wouldn't recommend it to others.

The checking process was awful. There were no codes to get into the parking garage or the main building. We arrived later with two very tired kids and had to call the property manager to obtain the codes. Floors were very unclean with Stains everywhere. Beds were not comfortable. Would not stay again

Horrible Stay
We are very disappointed. The carpets and linens are disgusting. Bugs in the bathroom and beds. Dirty socks found in a dresser drawer. Mattress is in horrible condition. I have pictures - someone needs to reach out to me, I am not happy.

The condo had great space and location to the hill with many cons- Main Tv did not work despite communication with vacasa and local maintenance man. Owner was hesitant to have maintenance step in to replace the TV. The kitchen was large, but lacked typical kitchen utensils etc. Pot and pans were all terrible. We made eggs and all the teflon coating was off the pan. The metal on the was deformed so bottom of pan wasn’t flat. Handle on pan was loose. Could only find one metal spatula. Metal utensils should never be used with teflon. Didn’t see any serving/cooking spoons, liquid measuring cups, or mixing bowls. A full inventory and replacement of items is needed. Water temp was hot only for a short while. If taking multiple showers, then it was cold.While it didn’t affect us, mattresses on bunkbeds were only 3 inches thick. Upgrade mattresses or mention it in listing. Would not recommend the bulk beds for adults.Pool cost was more than expected-20 per adult per day. This was a disappointment. Listing said 10 and mentioned nothing about per day.While bathrooms were large they lacked hooks to hang up towels. In one bathroom there was only one above the toilet- which doesn’t work for full sized bath towels. The other bathroom had one single rod, but plenty of space to add moreIt’s muddy/snowy outside and there is no rug by back door. I hope the owner takes the feedback seriously as the location of this condo is truly great.
The overall stay was great. Location is fantastic as far as getting to and from the lift. Easy parking, heated garage is great. House was clean, furniture was good, pillows are terrible and the pots, pans, and kitchen utensils were horrendous! The pots had no lids, the skillets were worn out, scratched, warped and looked like they were removed from the trash. There were no cooking utensils except 1 worn out spatula and 2 broken wooden spoons. This was a bad situation for us because we rented so we could cook our own meals. We ended up buying the utensils etc we needed and bringing them back home with us. We borrowed 2 pots from a neighboring condo so we could cook supper. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the place does need some help.

Diamond in the rough
The place was beautiful, clean, large and quality, even for our family of five! All three kids shared a bedroom and it worked out so well, surprisingly. A 15 year old, six and three year old sharing, blew my mind. The only issues were that we could not get into the building upon arrival, the code was not sent to us! Luckily, other tenants let us in and we had the code for our door so that was a catastrophe averted. It could have been MUCH worse though. Also, we had no info sent to us on the care of the unit while we were staying there and no info on what to do upon check-out. Absolutely no contact with the owner was able to be obtained, which was extremely frustrating. We loved the area, activities and view, though, so we were not that upset about it.

Getting in was a mess, we had the room code but not the garage/main door code. Would have helped to have better directions on how to get in. Shower pressure was strong but shower heads in both bathrooms were messed up. Bathroom lighting wasn’t good. So many light switches it was a guessing game of what went to where. Need a blind or something on the front doors. Bed slats were broken on one of the twin beds. Not having an air conditioner sucks and some of the fans provided were broken. Have to pay a fee per day to use the pool is ridiculous! Oh and I was expecting more when it said “Mountain View”
