A 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom ranch home with flexible bedding arrangement. Single beds are available in three bedrooms in addition to the king bed in the master suite. Easy turnaround parking for 3 in the flat driveway, and easy street parking for other cars. Evenings spent grilling out (natural gas) on the patio in the private back yard. Updated, fully equipped kitchen and multiple living/eating spaces. Three smart tvs with YouTube tv & streaming apps.
