Standing apartment seen on sea

Luxury apartment in a new residence (September 2019) called located on the outskirts of Propriano city center with a breathtaking sea view. Two minutes walk from the center of town, you are close to various amenities such as shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the marina. The expression "feet in the water" perfectly sums up the exceptional situation of our apartment. Barely a few meters away, the beach (Mancinu Beach) holds out its arms to you, clear water and pure white sand.
The apartment has very good quality and high standing services. Air conditioning, digital code and secure underground parking space complete the property.
The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully decorated it offers many
benefits to our tenants.
the most probably remains the terrace which will allow you to fully enjoy your sea view.

- Reservations exclusively the week from Saturday to Saturday in high season (July-August).

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans l'appartement de Mme MARIANI, accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Un appartement magnifique, très propre avec vue sur mer et les montagnes. Un appartement très bien équipé correspondant au descriptif. Une grande terrasse, où l'on peut profiter toute la journée et très bien exposée. De bien belles vacances en Corse.

L' appartement était parfait très joli très prope très bien équipé très bien situé face au golfe de Valinco donnant directement sur la plage de Mancinu et un excellent accueil de la propriétaire très agréable on vous recommande vivement de louer cet appartement.

Das Haus war bei Google noch nicht erfasst. Waren über den modern Bau überrascht, ein Tiefgaragenplartz mit Zugang zum Aufzug, top. Wohnung sauber und modern eingerichtet, super Balkon. Zum Strand nicht weit und dieser ist auch sehr schön. Propriano verfügt über eine sehr gute touristisch Infrastruktur. War ein toller Aufenthalt.

Séjour formidable à Propriano.

L'accueil que Madame Mariani nous a réservé était parfait et très amical. Cette dame est d'une gentillesse incroyable et nous a donné de supers conseils pour nos sorties, promenades, etc. Grâce à elle nous avons passé un séjour en Corse inoubliable. L'appartement est neuf, avec un équipement complet et de bonne qualité, bien plus grand qu'il ne le parait sur les photos . Grand balcon avec une merveilleuse vue sur la mer ou il est agréable de prendre les repas où se reposer. L'accès au garage comme à l'appartement sont très sécurisés. Dés notre arrivée, nous nous sentons chez nous. Encore un grand merci à Madame Mariani.

Une location de rêve a tous points de vue

Nous sommes enchantés par cette location. Appartement situé dans une résidence toute neuve, au 2ème étage avec ascenseur et place de parking privée en sous-sol. L'appartement est spacieux, meublé avec beaucoup de goût (plus joli encore que sur les photos de l'annonce). Une terrasse merveilleuse avec vue sur la mer, dont la situation permet d'y rester du matin au soir, pas trop exposée au soleil dans la journée donc pas trop chaude et on y profite du coucher de soleil le soir. C'est splendide ! Equipements neufs. Très bonne litterie. Juste la route à traverser pour aller à la plage, boulangerie en face de la résidence et centre ville de Propriano accessible à pieds en 10 mn. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et réactifs en cas de demande. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, parfaite en tous points.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de cette location. L'appartement est très bien situé : la plage et une boulangerie sont situés juste en face. Il est très bien équipé. La machine à laver et la place de parking au sous-sol sont très appréciables. La propriétaire est très sympathique et réactive lorsqu'on la contacte. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette location.
