A bright and quiet apartment!
This accommodation is located 10 minutes walk from the city centre, and 15 minutes walk from the 1st beaches. Located on the heights of Propriano, this pretty T3 of 70 m² and its terrace of 18 m² offers a breathtaking view. The residence is secure with private swimming pool and tennis court.
The residential area, a call for calm and relaxation for the whole family close to the city centre and shops.
With very good comfort, everything is there to have a good time!
Warning: The swimming pool is not accessible in April, May and October. The date of commissioning is not known but it will be in June.

Excellent emplacement au calme avec vue sur la mer et Propriano. Très confortable avec quelques produits de base. Stationnement un peu juste pour une voiture moyenne. Piscine en contrebas bien entretenu. Je recommande cette propriété. Bonne réactivité.

Appartement tres agréable avec une belle vue sur la baie de Propriano. Tres belle terrasse couverte. Seule déconvenue l acces a la piscine. Il faut descendre tout en bas de la résidence ( pente tres raide) et le chemin se finit par une coursive a peine débroussaillée. A l arrivée pas un seul transat pour se poser. Attention la place de parking n est pas adaptée a un véhicule familial.
