Wonderfu!!

This is the best place we have ever stayed at! Location is perfect and the accomodations are lovely! Just the right size for two people and everything is very comfortable. We hope to return next year.

Great Stay at Uncle Finley's

Great studio in Gulfport! Uncle Finley provided all we needed for a very comfortable stay. They have used the space very efficiently and have a fabulous, eclectic art collection totally representative of the quirky neighborhood. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family who are coming to visit.

Captures Gulfport's Personality Perfectly

We came to do a final inspection on a house we are building in Gulfport and can't imagine a better place to kick off our next adventure in Gulfport. This house is fabulous and represents all the uniquely wonderful aspects of Gulfport -- friendly, welcoming and a little wacky. We loved it and you will too. The location is absolutely perfect!

The house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful well kept home right on the corner of beautiful Gulfport Beach. Within two blocks walking distance, you have everything you could possibly want. If you’re into the nightlife Friday nights seem to be the busier nights. We loved our stay and hopefully when we come down next time, it will be available. The host made sure that no extras went unseen. They really have thought of everything. We couldn’t have been happier.

What makes this property unique

It"s walking distance to the Gulfport Beach, Pier and many many shops and restaurants! There's also a Tuesday Morning farmers market, a First Friday and Third Saturday Night Art Walk right outside !! It's also a fifteen minute drive to St. Pete Beach and Downtown St. Pete!! Guests have access to the entire rear studio apartment of the duplex!!
