Das Haus macht einen schlechteren Eindruck wie auf den Fotos. Die FahrrĂ€der haben Platte Reifen, an einem Kinderfahrrad fehlte das Rad. Die Terasse ist schon stark in die Jahre gekommen. Vor der Anreise wurde die Terrasse nicht kurz sauber gefegt. Die Kissen waren fleckig, fĂŒr diesen Preis kann man saubere Kissen erwarten. Das Innere des Hauses macht den Eindruck eines schlechten Handwerkers, es wurde versucht schön herzurichten aber gelang keines falls. Die Elektrik in der Toilette vom warmwasser Boiler hĂ€ngt lose rum. Im Schlafzimmer haben wir uns nicht getraut das zu dimmende Licht zu betĂ€tigen da es immer flackerte. Im Schlafzimmer Schrank stehen Fliesen Besen und Leiter, platz fĂŒr Klamotten war kaum. Die AbflĂŒsse vom bad laufen leer und fangen an zu stinken.Das einzigst gute an dem Haus war die Klimaanlage

Schönes Haus mit Garten

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und meldet sich immer am selben Tag zurĂŒck. Der Hausmeisterdienst hilft ebenfalls bei jeder Frage sehr freundlich und schnell per sms weiter. Es war alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch der Pool ist schön und gepflegt. Es gibt sogar einen Bademeister. Im Garten kann man auch bei Hitze schattig unter den grĂŒnen BĂ€umen sitzen. Das Wohnzimmer und untere Schlafzimmer werden gut durch die Klimaanlage gekĂŒhlt. Es wĂ€re schön, wenn das obere Zimmer auch eine Klimaanlage hĂ€tte. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den netten Kontakt!

Bonne expérience à deux avec un chat

Contact facile avec le propriĂ©taire et le service de conciergerie qui sont aux petits soins. RĂ©servation effectuĂ©e Ă  16h la veille de l’arrivĂ©e, il a fallu beaucoup de rĂ©activitĂ© et d’efficacitĂ© de leur part ! Autre exemple, le dimanche nous ne trouvions pas le sĂšche-cheveux, aprĂšs un petit sms et moins de 48h plus tard, le mardi nous en avions un qui nous attendait dans le jardin en rentrant de notre excursion. Sinon, rien ne nous a manquĂ©, la maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et plutĂŽt bien entretenue. On regrettera juste l’odeur assez forte de tabac qui a bien imprĂ©gnĂ© notamment le canapĂ©, la literie, couettes et oreillers, probablement le rĂ©sultat d’un locataire peu scrupuleux malgrĂ© la consigne « non fumeur ». Le jardin est bien clĂŽturĂ© avec des haies de vĂ©gĂ©taux bien fournis, c’est apprĂ©ciable pour contenir enfants et animaux de compagnie, tout comme pour isoler de la route et du voisinage. Quelques arbres apportent Ă©galement un peu de fraĂźcheur au sein mĂȘme du jardin. AprĂšs quelques rĂ©glages, nous avons pu utiliser les deux vĂ©los adultes lors de deux belles journĂ©es, mĂȘme si pas en trĂšs bon Ă©tat, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ©. L’un avait des problĂšmes de vitesse, mais comme c’est relativement plat ça n’a pas Ă©tĂ© spĂ©cialement gĂȘnant, et l’autre a le pneu arriĂšre qui a fini par complĂštement lĂącher, mais heureusement nous n’étions pas trop loin, et ce sont des mĂ©saventures qui peuvent arriver en vĂ©lo. La localisation est plutĂŽt calme en cette saison, Ă  20min Ă  pied de la plage et un peu moins de 30min du port. Beaucoup de rĂ©sidences ont fermĂ© leurs accĂšs piĂ©ton ce qui rallonge un peu le trajet. Il y a un petit emplacement devant le portail pour se garer sans ĂȘtre directement sur la chaussĂ©e. En rĂ©sumĂ©, nous avons donc passĂ© une bonne semaine Ă  Saint-Cyprien.

Excellent séjour

Logement conforme Ă  la description, joliment dĂ©corĂ©, bonne literie, trĂšs fonctionnel et proches commerces. Nous Ă©tions 6 (2 enfants, 2 ados et 2 adultes). Le plus, la piscine de la rĂ©sidence. Le petit moins (mais nous Ă©tions sur la derniĂšre semaine d'aoĂ»t) les vĂ©los qui ont besoin d'une remise en Ă©tat (freins, vitesses, lumiĂšre). Ils ont peut ĂȘtre Ă©tĂ© endommagĂ©s par de prĂ©cĂ©dent locataires. Toutefois nous avons pu tout de mĂȘme nous en servir et c'est trĂšs utile pour se dĂ©placer (petite course, marchĂ©, plage...), entretenu c'est un vrai plus car St Cyprien est trĂšs plat et il y a de nombreuses pistes cyclables dans la rĂ©gion. TrĂšs bon contact avec le propriĂ©taire, conciergerie souple pour les horaires d'arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part (dans la mesure de leur planning). Saint Cyprien manque un peu de charme mais la rĂ©gion regorge de petites perles Ă  visiter (Collioure, Banyuls) et d'activitĂ©s. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans une maison trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Jolie maison de vacances

Nous avons passĂ© d’agrĂ©ables vacances.Logement bien dĂ©corĂ© et agencĂ©.On se sent rapidement « chez soi» avec en plus un environnement calme ,et une terrasse ombragĂ©e pour les repas.Un peu de marche pour accĂ©der Ă  la plage et aux commerces mais rien d’insurmontable en vacance en passant par les petites allĂ©es des rĂ©sidences voisines ,et pour aller plus vite les vĂ©los sont Ă  disposition!
