Our second year running in this villa which reinforces how much we like it.The location is just superb and the villa just a few meters from the beach is ideally situated in a quiet street set in it's own grounds. Wonderful

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks stay in this lovely villa. The location was perfect, virtually on the amazing beach near Argeles-sur-mer port. The position of the villa also meant that the sun is either on the large balcony or the garden below. Perfect. Everything was as described and the host was very helpful. We will return!

Comfortable clean and near to amenities

Very comfortable, clean and well maintained but nowhere in the details did it state that the accomodation was all on the first floor. Had we known we would not have booked as both my wife and I have problems with stairs.

Second visit

This is the second time we have been lucky enough to holiday in this property.The house is in an excellent location for the resort, close enough to easily walk to all amenities but just far enough to be away from the crowds. There is also good secure parking if you are in your own car.The house has everything you need for a good holiday, including air conditioning in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms, which was much appreciated in the heatwave we had this time, although we spent most of our time on the terrace, which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by.The handover at the beginning and end of our stay was really good, despite our poor French.I would not hesitate to recommend this property and I hope that we will back ourselves.Dave & Anne

Très belle semaine de vacances à Argelès-sur-Mer, la maison correspond totalement à l'annonce, la mer est à 50 m, Marie Anne est disponible si besoin et de très bons conseils.Les commerces du port sont à proximité, bref tout pour passer un agréable séjour dans cette très belle région ! On reviendra

Wir haben nun zum dritten Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war wieder sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Strand ist natürlich der größte Pluspunkt. Wir schätzen aber auch das angeschlossene Grundstück wegen unseres Hundes.

Wir können allen vorherigen Bewertungen nur zustimmen. Ein wundervolles, gemütliches Haus in allerbester Lage. Sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche( gute Messer).Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen und sind gut erholt abgereist……gerne wären wir noch geblieben. Also auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Die Kommunikation war mit Übersetzer gut, das Haus ist sauber und Freundlich eingerichtet! Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz, das war perfekt für uns! Freundliche Vermieterin!

Des vacances sous de bons auspices grâce à l'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte et la présence d'un soleil généreux. Nous avons profité du calme de la période hors saison et de la quiétude du quartier, sans parler des bains de mer et des balades le long du bord de mer. Super !

Deuxième passage dans cette villa à Argelès-sur-Mer et c'est encore mieux que la première fois. 15 jours de repos, de plage et de randonnées. Nous y retournerons.

Maison toujours agréable, ainsi que la région. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire, peut s'adapter et se montrer disponible à nos besoins au niveau des horaires d'arrivées et de départs. Dommage pour nous, car nous avons choisi le mauvais numéro pour le temps, mais nous avons pu adapter nos visites en fonction de la météo...
