Zutrittsproblem wegen Schließsystem

Das Apartement ist funktional eingerichtet, in gut erreichbarer Lage in einer relativ ruhigen Straße. Das Schließsystem hat bei uns nicht funktioniert: der Code gar nicht, der Smartphone-Öffner (Nuki-Keypad) unzuverlässig. Mehrfache Telefonate mit der Agentur haben nicht wirklich weitergeholfen. Erst als wir am zweiten Abend wieder vor verschlossener Tür standen, wurde uns in einem weiteren Telefonat endlich der Hinweis gegeben, dass es einen Schlüssel gibt. Dieser war über einen weiteren manuell einzustellenden Code erreichbar und das Problem damit gelöst. Dieser Hinweis einen Tag früher hätte uns viel Nerven und Zeit gespart.
