Beach Blues is a beachfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that comfortably sleeps 6, plus a sleeper sofa for extra room.

THREE LEVELS, THREE PLACES TO WATCH THE SUNSET
• Ground-level patio right on the sand, so you can dine practically on the beach
• 2nd-floor balcony where you can relax and watch the kids play on the beach
• Private balcony off the master bedroom for morning coffee or evening cocktails

EVERYTHING YOU NEED, ALREADY HERE
After the location, it's what our guests mention most: Beach Blues has everything you need, so all you have to pack is clothes and sunscreen.
• Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys waiting in the beach closet downstairs
• Fully stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, grinder, blender, kettle and dishwasher

There is only 1 designated parking space for unit B. There are public parking spaces on 27th ave entrance to our building and every block of IRB.

Absolutely NO SMOKING of cigarettes, cigars, or marijuana on premises including common areas under the home, inside the home and on the decks.

We have a 9:00pm to 7:00am noise ordinance for the building to be respectful for neighbors who call this home. The beach quiet time is 10:00 pm.

Absolutely beautiful. The property was exactly as advertised - very clean, wonderful location right on the beach, spacious, fully stocked with amenities. Communication with the host was easy, and all relevant and important information about check-in parking, local area, etc. was included. Perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation and a great home base for the many different things to do in the area. This location is very close to private beaches and the beach itself has a lot fewer people than other locations in the area. Would definitely book here again if returning to the area.

The pictures are accurate. Everything is great. The place. The view. Ease of access. Location. Strongly recommend heading south instead of north. Very different smaller beach town vibes vs Clearwater, which was overwhelming.

My only concern about telling you how AMAZING this property was;; is that then everyone will want to come!!! This place was BEAUTIFUL!!! You literally step out your door and you have the sand in your toes! The views were breathtaking! The place was very clean. The decor was lovely. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts were very responsive. We can’t wait to plan our next trip! This place is a 10 out of 10!!!!

We had the most amazing weekend in this rental! Have never been that close to the beach/ocean it was so nice! The house was clean, decorated beautifully, and the owners do such a good job with directions, tips etc. they have thought of everything! We will be back again!!

My husband and I have always dreamt of leaving the cold dreary Ohio weather to be able to boat year round and enjoy salt life. Well, we finally made it happen and purchased this beautiful beach front property. Renovating during Covid-19 proved to be quite the task but we are very happy with the results. We want to share with family and friends for years to come and hope that you will make wonderful family memories here too!

Beach, beach, beach! Need we say more? Oh, and amazing sunsets too! You simply can't get any closer to the beach with your private entrance.

The convenience of not having to lug around your beach gear! Just simply walk right out and enjoy all the ocean has to offer! Quaint little town with all the amenities and your close to Clearwater and Dunedin which offers nightlife, shopping, and tourism if you want a little more action.
