Dine practically on the beach with ground level patio or watch the kids play on the beach as you sit and relax from 2nd floor balcony. Enjoy endless walks on the beach and many restaurants are within walking distance. Beach towels, chairs, toys, and umbrella are available for use so all you need to pack is a swim suit and sunscreen!! Also has two desks if you need to work while vacationing! My husband and I have always dreamt of leaving the cold dreary Ohio weather to be able to boat year round and enjoy salt life. Well, we finally made it happen and purchased this beautiful beach front property in January. Renovating during Covid-19 proved to be quite the task but we are very happy with the results. We want to share with family and friends for years to come and hope that you will make wonderful family memories here too!

Beach, beach, beach! Need we say more? Oh, and amazing sunsets too! You simply can't get any closer to the beach with your private entrance.
What makes this property unique
The convenience of not having to lug around your beach gear! Just simply walk right out and enjoy all the ocean has to offer! Quaint little town with all the amenities and your close to Clearwater and Dunedin which offers nightlife, shopping, and tourism if you want a little more action.
