FL Luxury Beach House - steps to the beach

Welcome to the 'Sunshine House', your new Luxury beach home away from home. Sand, sun, and ocean breeze are waiting for you. Situated in a private gated community this home has its own PLUNGE POOL and is located ONLY 20 STEPS AWAY FROM THE OCEAN with direct beach access. Fast wifi, outside deck and fabulous restaurants, water activities, and excursions are right at your fingertips!

The space:
This bright Beach house is a modern 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and a spacious deck and veranda with views that lets you enjoy the surrounding landscape.

Relax after a long beach day enjoying your private plunge pool, with pool heated optional on request for a fee. Fire up the BBQ and grill a delicious meal while basking in the sun. This beautiful free-standing house comfortably sleeps 10-12 people. Perfect for family gatherings or close friends.

Our place is also positioned near great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, fishing spots and many other touristic attractions. An excellent spot to enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets of Florida over the Gulf's amazing warm waters. Peaceful and restful area. If you're lucky you'll also see the occasional playful dolphins swimming by.

You will find an open concept, refreshing living room, with two balconies. The open kitchen is perfect for family breakfasts or a friendly gathering where everybody can join in. There is also an inside dining room and outside dining area on the deck. All the areas are modern and comfortably furnished.

The House is turn key and full equipped to serve all your needs in the best way possible including a kitchen with the main utensils for cooking and cleaning. Included for your use: A dish washer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, hand mixer, washer and dryer, iron, a large led smart tv and fast Wi-Fi. In addition, there are other essentials like quality shampoo, conditioner, soap bars, hair dryer, toilet paper, bath and beach towels, pillows and bed linens, board games as well as, a beach umbrella and beach chairs.

There are 4 large bedrooms in this house.

Bedroom #1 - The master suite. Includes a king bed, plus a sofa bed with an attached ensuite bathroom with plenty of countertop space and a walk-in double shower and whirlpool spa tub.

Bedroom #2 - Queen bed and desk, bedside table, and built in wardrobe

Bedroom #3 - Queen bed and bedside table and built-in wardrobe

Both bedrooms are very bright with their own closets and share a bathtub-shower combination bathroom

Bedroom #4 -Ground floor second master has 1 x QUEEN BED with a twin trundle on the bottom. Plus a full-size single Murphy Bed, all with high-quality mattresses. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

The sliding door balcony leads out to the pool and BBQ area.

All of the bedrooms have plenty of storage for your clothing, but don’t pack heavy – as Downstairs you'll find a separate large laundry room with a Washing machine and dryer to wash and dry clothes.

The Pool is not heated but does get plenty of sun. Usually in summer guests enjoy the cool water.
If you would like the pool heated it would be an additional fee which we will send as a payment request on your approval. It will go on at 8am and off at 10pm so that the pool pump can clean the pool at night. There is a thermostat in the pool, and it is usually set to 79 degrees when the pool is heated. If you need it warmer please let us know.

Please note that during April – July (“peak season”) we prefer Saturday – Saturday rentals in periods of 7 days. That being said, don’t hesitate to reach out if you need other dates, as we have open days here and there. Monthly bookings also receive discounted rates.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions as we have some future block out dates sometimes available as we only open up our calendar 3-6 months at a time.

Once you are confirmed and booked will we send you a special remote access code specially created for you to enter, closer to the time of booking.

We travel a bit in different time zones, so if we don't respond try are local caretaker Christine, she is lovely and also very responsive.

We are located on Gulf Boulevard which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.

There is nearby tennis courts and basketball courts in walking distance.

We are located 10 minutes down the road from Clearwater and Belleair Beach is right out the door.

We are within driving distance of two major airports (Tampa International/Clearwater Airport). About 20 mins away.

There is also free public beach parking on the same block nearby. Bus/ trolley on Gulf Blvd that takes you to one of the most famous beaches in the US Clearwater Beach. And the home of Winter from the film A Dolphin’s Tale.
