Welcome to Sea Oats 608! New Year...New Look! Check out this newly renovated, unobstructed side view condo! We have just completely remodeled this unit from top to bottom! Brand new kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances! Fully stocked cabinets with all the essentials of home for the families who love to dine in! New dining table that seats 6 and a full counter height bar that seats 4. New bathrooms, fixtures and flooring throughout!

Bedrooms feature a king bed in the master, queen bed in the spare bedroom and a queen sized pullout couch with an additional gel foam memory topper! Plenty of extra pillows and blankets to make you feel right at home!

This unit is equipped with wifi and a washer and dryer in the unit! We provide 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys for the kids! Please check out our other property at

Sea Oats is a great destination for families! This smaller, quiet complex with only 80 units is located directly on the beach and just across the street from the restaurants, bars, putt putt and ice cream shop on the island! The complex includes a gulf front pool, hot tub, picnic/grilling area, tennis and pickle ball courts and a small fitness center! Take a short walk down the beautiful, white sandy beaches and emerald green waters to the fishing pier for more restaurants, shops and the Gulfarium! Just a short 7 mile drive to Destin and all the nightlife there! Just across the bridge to Ft. Walton you can find more restaurants, groceries and shops less than a mile away! Make Sea Oats your next vacation destination, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect location for a Fort Walton vacation

The condo was as described. We had everything we needed to prepare a few meals in the kitchen. It was nice having the beach just steps away as well as good restaurants within walking distance. The communication with the host was excellent.

We had everything we needed and kitchen well stocked. condo was decorated so beautiful! Renovations were well done. Felt at home when we walked thru the door. Location is great.Could walk to dinner. Will certainly stay there again! Jesse replied promptly everytime I had questions.

Beautiful room!

The owner was absolutely amazing and very helpful and communicable from the time we booked to the time we checked out! The room was clean, spacious and very nice!! We could see the beach from the balcony which made it even better!

Excellent location - right on the beach but not too crowded. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Owners were very responsive and helpful at every turn. I would definitely book again and highly recommend to family and friends.

We had a wonderful time staying in room 608! The room was exceptionally clean and had a modern beachy theme! The pool area was awesome, as there were plenty of chairs to accommodate our big group. The beach access was great. We definitely did not want to leave!!

The property and condo are exactly as pictured! The location close to the peer was perfect for my teenage son to go fishing. The 4 provided chairs and umbrella were in great shape and high quality! Jessie and Curt were AMAZING managers. Not only was their condo clean, but they had EVERYTHING we needed while on our stay. When I had questions they were quick to respond and were super friendly and professional. I would definitely stay in their unit again!

First off Jessie was great to work with. She was very accommodating. We had a wonderful time. The condo was inviting, beautifully decorated, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Liked the location. We walked down to the pier a couple of nights to eat dinner. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice. Clean. Fresh beachy decor. Great View. Nice area. Walking distance to restaurants. The only suggestion would be black out curtains in the east bedroom. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We have actually looked into the blackout curtains for that bedroom but the way the air ducts are enclosed in that room, makes it almost impossible to get a curtain rod to be able to mount in there at the correct height 🙁 we are looking into other options for maybe some shades instead of blinds in there! Great week at the beach!

My family and I had a wonderful week at this condo! Condo was just as advertised, newly remodeled! Kitchen was completely stocked with anything you would need, and a view that was even better then we had expected. We could even spot dolphins in the morning from the balcony. Great location! walking distance to so many things. Pool area was very large, we never had any issue grabbing chairs. My only recommendation would be to put blackout curtains in both bedrooms. At night the outside lights shine in, and the master bedroom faces the sunrise. Other than that everything was perfect!!

Great Condo

Everything was great for us from location to amenities. Wonderful view from balcony for morning coffee and just an elevator ride down to beach and pool and hot tub. Condo had many extras from umbrella and beach chairs available to nice balcony table and chairs, ceiling fans in bedrooms and more. Coffee maker and all we needed in kitchen. Loved this cute beachy decor in the 2br 2ba condo.
