Seaview II 200 is a spacious Gulf-side beach retreat that offers so many amenities and comforts: a large balcony with great views, cozy fireplace plus a jetted tub and a rainfall shower in the master bath. You'll also have access to garage parking plus an elevator to your unit. You're just a minutes' walk to the white sugar sand beaches and even closer to the pool. And it comes with free seasonal beach service!

Seaview II 200 offers 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests. You'll enjoy the main open concept area for dining and entertaining. Relax in front of the fireplace or head out onto the balcony to enjoy some saltwater breezes. Come relish the good life in Seagrove Beach - we can't wait to welcome you.

Seaview II:
Spacious, luxury condominiums are in this gated complex with 2 buildings (Seaview I and Seaview II). Each building has 3-levels, elevators, and parking garages. Each expansive unit consists of an entire floor, with a large deck, and Gulf views. Right behind the building is the large pool, surrounded by palm trees. Less than 2 miles from Seaside, and a “hop, skip and a jump” to the beach, this location is sure to please.

Seagrove Beach:
Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the building. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

Your stay at Seaview II #200 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Even though fall break for schools it was only ever one row of pre set up chairs facing the most fabulous view. Condo was clean, large and plenty of space for 3 couples. Each with own bathroom.

Great property and great location

Property was perfect for our family. View was amazing and few steps away from the beach. Kids loved having their own bathrooms. Only issue was ice maker in the fridge did not work properly and it would have been nice if the pool would have been heated. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Super busy in this area during Spring Break. Only 2 issues were Elevator didn’t always work during stay and dishwasher was clogged when we arrived causing a terrible odor. Rental company did come right out and fix that issue. Garage was nice to have and plenty of beach gear available.

Another great stay at Seaview II

The only hiccup was a bad cable box in the third bedroom that needed to be swapped out by the cable company. It was never corrected during the week we were there. Everything else was great. Really enjoyed our trip

Everything was perfect except communication. When we arrived, we had to call the office for the gate code and garage code. Neither were right, so we had to call again. Also, the listing says an umbrella and 2 chairs are provided, but the person in charge of set up did not have us on the list. These communication issues were frustrating, but the place itself, the view and location are amazing!

Fall Break Getaway

We loved the location of the condo, the beautiful view from its windows and large balcony, and its comfortable size that fit our family of 6 perfectly. The proximity to the beach was key for us, as we have teenage daughters who like to alternate beach/pool/condo. They could do that without a problem on their own free will. We could easily walk to nearby restaurants, seafood market, and shopping as well. Small issues were addressed promptly by Benchmark Management. We had several home-cooked meals and the kitchen was well-stocked with all utensils and pots/pans/dishes needed. The charcoal grill was also an added bonus as we grilled dinner one night too! We will definitely be back!

2024 Vacation

It was very clean and up to date with all the extras. I would add that the master bed needs a new bedding, the other bedding was great. The elevator was a big plus as it is steps from the condo door. Was great to have for loading luggage and groceries. Our only complaint was the garage code, it never worked during the week, we called daily about having someone come to fix it. We had to go thru a common door between the units to go around to open it. The problem was we were locked out of that door a few times and couldn't get to our vehicle. But overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Not So Great Property

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was okay. We loved the location in proximity to the beach. It was so easy getting back and forth to the beach. The pool was really nice to have as well. However, the unit is on the third floor and the elevator was broken. We had to bring all of our luggage up three flights of stairs which would have been fine for just us but my older parents were with us and it was a strain on them. There were no signs that the elevator was broken so my husband got stuck in it for about an hour. We called the rental company and they told us we needed to call 911. The fire department had to come and get him out. It was a huge ordeal. The fire department told us to tell the rental company that they cut the power so it wouldn't happen to anyone else. The inside of the unit wasn't great. The furniture was terribly uncomfortable and the beds/pillows were awful. If the owners would spend a little bit of money on finishes this place would be SO NICE! Overall, I would only stay there again for location.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let’s see where do i start. No tvs worked. Regular bulbs in can lights. One cable box worked in the whole house, all batteries were dead in remotes. Master bedroom had unplugged clock radio thrown on floor behind dresser. No clock radios in house plugged in. Master closet had what looked like trash on shelves. Property was in good location, but the common areas outside unit were dirty. It was a little concerning seeing burn marks above an outlet behind trash can in hallway.

Clean, great shower, not much else

Pros- master bath shower was great. Condo was clean. Beach service was good Cons- elevator worked for less than 24 hours during 7 days. Numerous contact with property manager resulted in them stating was HOA responsibility. Elevator quit working on day of arrival (Sunday). A tech was sent on Friday. The elevator stopped working by Saturday morning. The quality of our vacation was affected by this as we had an infant to be carried plus two of our party have knee issues in addition to having to carry groceries. The kitchen was not well stocked. One skillet and a few pots. No cookie sheets. Lots of cutlery and plates, etc. Fridge water dispenser had the "filter" message displayed. There were no spices, salt, pepper etc. While this isn't required we have never been in a vacation condo where the basic spices weren't there . Garage pinpad is worn out. Pin worked 3 times total. The rest of the time we had to go inside to open and close the garage door. Parking is very tight. That was ok for us but anything bigger than an explorer would possibly have issues.

Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location and view were perfect. The layout of the condo worked out nicely with our grown children, everyone had a bathroom. We spent most of our time on the beach or the balcony.The condo was not very clean, dust bunnies on the floor, long black hair stuck to the bathroom walls and shower, toothpaste on the wall in bathroom, mildew in master shower. Lamps broken and/or missing, the furniture is either old or from a second hand thrift shop, master comforter dirty and had holes in it, rug under master bed is dirty, both have seen better days. Was told there was an elevator to assist with unloading the car to the 3rd floor, it wasn't working when we arrived. I was 2 months post knee replacement surgery and this just about killed me. Staff at rental office were not friendly, they never sent us the gate code or garage code, we did receive the door code however. When we called for the gate code to get in the lady was so rude. We were also told there was no outside parking on the grounds and that we would need to pay for parking somewhere for my sons oversized truck as it wouldn't fit in the garage. He ended up renting a car for this reason and there was plenty of outside parking for this unit. I probably wouldn't rent again through this rental company.

On the other hand, we do apologize for letting you down in the area of cleanliness, we have reached out to the team to make the necessary checks and changes to ensure this will not be an issue for future stays. In regards to the elevator, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please note however that the repairs are not done by Benchmark, these are completed by the HOA. Whenever there are issues with the elevator; we always reach out to them and try to get it resolved as quickly as possible, however we have no control of their work schedule. Thanks for informing us of the service recieved at the complex. Here at Benchmark, we do pride ourselves on excellent customer service and want to be accurately represented on all fronts. Please not that we have reached out to the relevant parties and we have also ensured that all the necessary codes are included in the property guidebook as such this should not be an issue going forward. In regards to parking, please note that this unit only has two parking spots. This is strictly enforced by the HOA of the complex. A little disappointed in Seaview II 200

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is great, but the rental itself was a little disappointing. Several things weren’t right- the garage could only be opened from the inside- the keypad was broken. The washing machine temp dial was broken so warm was only temp. Some Lampshades were torn and lamps were wobbly. The drapes in the queen bedroom were faded and so dirty. The worst thing was the 2 king beds had dirty and worn out comforters that were queen sized. Two TVs did not work at all and there were no directions for this or anything in the unit. There was small debris and hair on the floor when we arrived which was especially bad with a baby. Dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher. The glass door on the patio would not lock. We spent be first few hours of vacation cleaning. I called Benchmark the afternoon we arrived and they were kind and professional. I called again the next day and they brought two clean comforters and a kitchen trash can to replace the broken one. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is good. We have never had a negative experience before with Garrett or Benchmark, and hopefully this was a one time situation. This unit could be great with just a few minor repairs and improvements.

Seaview 200 February 2023 Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd rental with Benchmark and a very disappointing experience. The problem started when the agents said we could check in 90 minutes early. It took 4 trips back and forth from the condo to get the garage and condo door to open bi had a conversation with the woman who was the office manager. She was unconcerned and said she couldn’t do anything about it. The washer, dryer, oven and dishwasher are in terrible condition. The refrigerator ice maker did not make ice— we were promised during the rental that maintenance was “ working on it.” It was never fixed. We had a portable ice maker that barely made enough ice for one person. When we had guests we had to buy ice. The condo itself is great. Spacious and comfortable. This was the second time we rented this unit. Another irritating issue was that 4 different times people arrived to fix issues that we had not called about. I have no idea who called for maintenance but, it was not us. The maintenance personnel were always friendly and helpful. This was not a satistacrory rental experience.

We sent maintenance out a few different times for the dishwasher door, garage door, etc. You can always ask if maintenance could come after your stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as described. The unit was so nice. Everything you would need in the kitchen and then some. Very clean. Table with chairs on deck was a plus. Ate outside all week. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was never overcrowded. Management was very responsive. The back two bedrooms are a bit noisy due to the traffic on 30A and the internet was spotty but neither of these were a deal breaker. More of an FYI.
