I am an Airline pilot who loves spending my free time at the beach. When I am not flying I can be found Kite surfing at the Skyway bridge or boating around the area. . I like to spend time at the small local restaurants and bars like the Bait House and Windward Grill and Island Way grill all which are just a short walks from this property. Use my beach bikes Kayaks or my paddle board that I leave at my property to get around. Between the pro-baseball players and the Canadians that have stayed at my property, most have become friends for life And loved to come back and visit annually.
Why they chose this property
Why not? It represents the "Best of both worlds". Quiet island living with a grocery store and Aquarium across the streets and a short walk to one of rated best beaches in America.
