Fun in the Sun

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our months stay. We enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. We had a great time!

Belleair Beach Beauty

We have been renting in this area for years and this Condo is wonderful. The location on the beach is breathtaking. You can sit on your balcony and see the dolphins swimming by. Everything in the condo itself is excellent quality. It is tastefully decorated with an appropriate beach theme . The kitchen is the best equipped one I have ever rented. Jerry was easily accessible and immediately solved an issue we had. The building grounds and pool area were always kept clean. I would highly recommend this condo.

The location is in a quiet part Gulf Blvd and was what I was hoping for. The beach view is amazing. Jerry responded quickly to all my questions. There isn't an in unit washer and dryer, which is a little inconvenient. There is only one vended washer and dryer located across the hall from the unit, but is in use often. The residents are very friendly. Other than some needed minor updates, this place is a gem. I enjoyed my stay and willbe coming back.

Hurricane warning and red tide warnings

Unfortunately we learned more than we wanted about Hurricanes and red tide warnings. Luckily we dodged the bull it on the Hurricane, but not the red tide. The owner Jerry was the best, always available and helpful.

My stay at this condo was great. Kitchen fully equipped. Bed super comfy!! Lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to use. And of course, the awesome balcony with beautiful views and awesome sunsets. The owners were so accommodating, friendly and personable!!! I will come back !
