We stayed for 3 nights en route to Spain.The flat was clean and nicely decorated and appointed, though the settee was most uncomfortable and felt rather "collapsed" Conversely the bed was very comfortable and a decent size.The view from the balcony was as described and very lovely and in fact made the place. There was a 44e charge for the provision of linen which was the only occasion we experienced such a charge in our 5 stays in France and Spain.We were just a little disappointed in how small the accommodation was but confess this could have been our lack of detailed study of the description. We adjusted and it was perfectly adequate for our length of stay. The kitchen was tiny and made use of a combi micro wave in the absence of an oven. The induction hob was only two rings. All in all not designed for doing any meaningful cooking but again adequate, helped by the fact there was a very good restaurant almost next door (Perle d'Iode) where we ate out for two of our nights in Royan.Nearby was the port area which we enjoyed exploring, looking at the boats and watching the fish!Overall we felt the flat was inexpensive and was adequate for our short stay but would have found it frustrating to spend any length of time there because of its limitations of size and cooking facilities. The couch/settee certainly should be replaced!

Agreable séjour

Studio bien situé, bien agencé, une tres belle vue. Tout est tres propre, tout le nécessaire à disposition. Pas besoin de voiture, tout se fait a pied : la plage, le port, les courses, les magasins. Beaucoup d'animations pour les enfants et les grands. Je recommande sans hesiter.

Spot incroyable

Appartement super bien équipé et agencé. Tout à pied ! Le lever du soleil, les pistes cyclables, tout est là pour prendre le temps et admirer ! En plus la météo a été superbe ! Si j’ai envie de me ressourcer je sais où je reviendrais volontiers ! Service conciergerie excellent aussi.

Super pour deux personnes

Idéalement placé ce petit studio et très très bien équipé pour deux personnes y compris une base de cuisine et ce qu'il faut pour l'entretien. La consiergerie fonctionne très bien .une seule précaution avoir peu de bagages car très peu de place pour une valise

Beau studio près de la plage Grande-Conche

Beau studio, lumineux, très fonctionnel et idéalement situé. Il offre une vue splendide sur la plage, le port et même sur l'église Notre-Dame (vitaux éclairés la nuit). Séjour très agréable.
