This cottage is on a dead end driveway offering privacy and an authentic lake house experience in an eastern exposure camp with ample docking and parking for your party. Nestled in at Coleman Point, your boats are protected from most weather on Winnipesaukee. This all season cottage has 3 bedrooms , 2 baths, a detached and very quaint bunkhouse and a sleeper sofa. The 30 foot porch (with electric awning) faces the lakefront, sun deck and fire pit for your enjoyment. The firm sandy beach and crystal clear water will amaze any newcomer to Winnipesaukee.

Perfect summer getaway

We’ve been making an annual trip to this property for 4 or 5 years. The lakefront views are amazing and the property is perfect for our family. The extra cabin bedroom is a hit with our kids. Another Summer on the Lake

This is our 3rd year staying at this house. Although the weather was not great, it didn’t matter. The property is great and near all the attractions. We are happy to have found such a great spot for our annual trip. Looking forward to going back up.
