Strategic location for easy access to the many hot springs in the area, Bagno Vignoni, San Filippo, and to visit Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, amazing towns from the Tuscan Renaissance. Montalcino with its worldwide famous Brunello's vineyards is only 40 min driving from home. We can arrange private Wineries tour and tasting at the most prestigeous wineries. The apartment measures 300mtq. and it has two large , cozy and extremely comfortable suites with bathroom ensuite, that can accommodate up to 8 people. The large rooftop lounge welcomes you with its comfortable sofas after a day of hiking and exploring .The large professional kitchen is at your disposal if you want to enjoy a dinner in total freedom! The fireplace room will give you moments of warm intimacy in the colder months, perhaps enjoing a good glass of wine! Original High ceilings with exposed beams, fine furnishings, the comfort of the beautiful beds , and top quality linen are the strengths of our house. New HOT TUB in the garden, facing hills! Full assistance for any need, and children are welcome!

I love these places, I still excite for the beauty of its colors and sunsets, I love clean air, the order of small villages and roads without traffic! I am 52, a husband and two children now autonomous students. Our family has welcomed a mission, and it is with great joy and passion that I welcome my guests to our home! I like to take care of them, anticipate their wishes, make sure that they take from their stay what really led them to choose a vacation in the Tuscan countryside. I like to cook, I like music, reading, great cinema! I like to know new people, listen to their stories and enrich themselves with new experiences.

What makes this property unique

I fell in love with this house many souls do, for its totally immersed in greenery, with no buildings around, just woods but very close to the town with its shops and services! There are no white roads full of holes to do! The large garden, high ceilings with exposed beams, huge spaces and panorama are really special! The Olives are the cornerstone of the house, we produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil that I gladly taste the guests! "
