Appartement grand et assez bien placé comme énoncé. Mais les fenêtres sans rideaux sur la rue, les radiateurs qui se détachent des murs, le lave vaisselle qui coupe son propre cordon d'alimentation en s'ouvrant (prise sous la porte, coincée par le mur), l'immeuble usé, l'odeur de poubelles dans le couloir d'accès, l'escalier de secours encombré d'ordures, laissent une impression d'abandon. C'était propre mais non entretenu.

Superbe semaine pour ce logement pour 8 personnes de 21 à 88 ans Nous ne sommes pas loin du 5 étoiles , échange propriétaire parfait ,ascenseur ,hyper centre tous commerces à proximité, 15 min sanctuaire a pied , propre et avec le minimum nécessaire .Manques quelques petites réparations a effectuer ou équipement a remplacer pour obtenir cette 5eme étoile.Remplacer les sommiers et matélas un peu vieuxRajouter des rangements et paterres pour accrocher ses affaires chambre et sdbRéparer les verrouillage de fenetre (aucune ne ferme et le matin les gens font du bruit assez tot dans la rue )Modifier la grande salle de bain afin d'y rajouter un toilette ....assez important lorsqu'il y a 8 personnes .Donc des points de conforts a apporter pour vraiment être un très bon produit avec un bon rapport qualité prix .Mais en globalité nous avons passé une super semaine , c'est vrai avec le soleil donc présent uniquement soir et nuit .

Olor a caño, toallas viejas, entrada y pasillos muy obscuros y sucios, sólo había un wc, yo solicité dos habitaciones para tener 2 baños, no había jabón de manos en el baño, las fibras de cocina usadas y viejas. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

Un propriétaire très à l’écoute. Le logement est proche de la cathédrale. Je reviens sûrement une prochaine mais pour un plus long séjour. Je ne regrette pas du tout

Avis 3 jours à Lourdes

Logement conforme au descriptif mais il manque des rangements dans les chambres (pas de placard dans la chambre du fond) et pas de penderie dans l’autre aussi. Si nous étions plus on aurait pas eu assez de placard pour mettre nos vêtements. Dansla salle de bain notamment du fond, rien pour pendre les serviettes. De plus la porte de la douche ne ferme pas on inonde le sol systématiquement. Manque des rideaux au fenêtre, vis à vis avec la cour intérieure. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le lave vaisselle et les plaques à induction donc je ne sais pas si cela fonctionne. Après le logement est propre, bien placé et il y a une place de parking et l’accueil a été parfait.

le plus le logement à 5 mn à pied de la grotte , fonctionnel, commerce dans la rue . Bon rapport qualité prix . Le moins Le manque de porte manteau dans la petite S de B et la chambre au grand lit .

Good location, close to Lourdes Sanctuary

We liked the location. Communication with Vincent was very good. Sadly, the house was very austere and it only had one toilet for the seven beds it offers, which was a challenge for our group.
