At the gates of Argelès-Gazost and at the crossroads of the valleys of Gavarnie, Cauterets and Val d'Azun, you will enjoy this detached house of 110m2 with terrace, barbecue on its perfectly enclosed plot of 700 m2, with closed garage, located in a quiet area.

You will appreciate the equipment and comfort of this recent house (underfloor heating with air/water heat pump, gate, garage door and electric shutters, fibre).

First of all a living and dining room with television is offered to you overlooking a fully equipped open kitchen: induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso, filter coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron.
On the ground floor, you will also benefit from a master bedroom with its private shower room, hairdryer, a large wardrobe and television. There is also a single toilet on the ground floor.
On the ground floor, you will have a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, a mezzanine with television, a sofa bed, a shower room with hairdryer and a single toilet.

Sheets and linen are provided for your comfort.

Our animal friends are welcome under conditions of cleanliness and respect of the area with an additional deposit of 400€.

The proximity of Argelès-Gazost located 3 km away which you can reach by the green corridor (lane reserved for bicycles and pedestrians) will give you access to all the essential shops, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, market every Tuesday, swimming pools, tennis, spa treatment, park, casino ...

The house was in superb condition. There were high end features, and it was well equipped. It was very clean and the owner was very helpful. The one thing that made the place less than truly comfortable was that we could not change the temperature. It was fixed at 21. We like to turn it down to 19 at night and while we are not at home. Being retired it takes a setting of 22 when are in the house to keep us warm. I felt like I was wasting energy at night and during midday while being chilly in the morning and evening. If the constant temperature works for you, I recommend this house. If you like to sleep when it's cooler or are 70 and need an extra degree to not shiver, then look elsewhere.

We stayed at this wonderful home for two weeks in July and August 2026. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the peaceful setting, beautiful views, and outdoor space. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. The location was excellent—close to Argelès-Gazost and a convenient base for exploring Lourdes, the Pyrenees, and the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend this home, and would happily return.Nous avons séjourné dans cette charmante maison pendant deux semaines, en juillet et août 2026. La maison était très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre paisible, les très belles vues et l’espace extérieur. Les hôtes ont été accueillants, serviables et très réactifs tout au long de notre séjour. L’emplacement était idéal, à proximité d’Argelès-Gazost et constituait un excellent point de départ pour découvrir Lourdes, les Pyrénées et les environs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, recommandons vivement cette maison et y retournerions avec grand plaisir.

Het was een geweldig vakantiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien en dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden in de Pyreneeën en Lourdes. Marielle stond direkt klaar als er wat was. Niks dan lof.

Belle maison neuve et parfaitement équipée. Idéalement située pour rayonner sur les vallées environnantes. A environ 45 minutes du pic du midi, du cirque de Gavarnie, des grottes de Betharram ou de Hautacam. Parfait également pour partir en vélo via la route (proche des cols d’Aubisque et du Tourmalet) ou la voie verte située à proximité.

Semana de fin de año en familia

Hemos pasado una maravillosa semana en familia en esta casa que cuenta con todas las comodidades y todos los detalles que puedas necesitar. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Estuvimos 6 pero hay sitio suficiente con comodidad para 8. Esta situada cerca de varias estaciones de ski y de pueblos con encanto. Marielle es encantadora y te informa de todo lo que puedas necesitar.
