The apartment has its own kitchen and laundry room and private entrance. It is fully stocked with everything you will need so that you feel like you are in your home away from home! There may be guests in the upstairs of our home, however they have a separate entrance and cannot access this basement space. You will have access to the entire basement of our home.

When the full 8-bedroom home isn’t reserved, we open it into two private spaces—offering this comfortable lower-level suite on its own. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, cozy living area, private entrance, and on-site parking. Pet-friendly and thoughtfully designed for smaller groups, extended stays, graduations, or mountain getaways. Start your mornings with our guest-favorite waffle breakfast.
