We enjoyed our stay at this property. The space of staying is in the basement of the home so keep in mind you have to go down steps to access. Not wheelchair accessible. The place welcome pets. All the stuff we need was there.

We loved staying at this location. It was clean and adorable! Only downer is the one bathroom but we managed to make it work with 6 adults. The only thing I would recommend is adding a frying pan to the kitchen supply. It would have helped with cooking the bacon. Also, the shower curtin is too short and to prevent floor damage I would recommend that it be lowered. :)

So cute and cozy!!

We will definitely stay here again! Such a quiet, comfortable and cute place for a family stay while in the Provo/Orem area. It is close to everywhere we needed to be and we had a great time. We loved the beautiful private entrance and Carole is easy to work with.

Great location and cozy stay!

This property was perfect for our little family! The bedrooms were nice and comfortable and the owner even had the Christmas tree up since were staying through the holidays! The beds were very comfortable and they even had a high chair and travel crib available. It was clean and ready upon arrival and very responsive owner!

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

The location of this property is perfectly central to everything in the valley. The inside is so comfortable it’s literally like home away from home. The owners are wonderful and friendly, and I can guarantee our family will be back to stay again. Thank you for everything!

Yes, the host was welcoming. However, it was a little overwhelming. Immediately following my reservation, I got seven emails. That was a lot. When we arrived, it was difficult to see the house number and we weren't sure we were at the right house. The whole place looked deserted. There was one outside light on - on the left side. We were supposed to enter on the right. There were solar lights a long the sidewalk which were all broken. When we got to the top of the stairs, there wasn't a light there either. Once inside, the place was pitch black and the light switch was on the other side of the room. It was also very cold. We were asked to take off our shoes, which we did. The shower curtain did a terrible job of keeping the water in the shower and it easily spilled out onto the floormat. So, now, we are all wearing wet stockings. The king bed (in it's own room) was very hard. Other than these issues, the place was clean and cute.

The photos do not do this place justice. Everything was so comfortable and everything we needed. We had four adults staying, although we didn't spend alot of time in the space, it was a clean and comfortable place to spend the night. If this place is availble, book it. All communications with the host was wonderful, she is polite, professional, very helpful, and so sweet. Thank you for everything we had a wonderful stay and will book again here.

Very Clean & Modern Basement Apartment

We loved staying at this property because it was so clean, updated with a modern look and very cutely decorated. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. When we walked in, there was a lit Christmas tree in the living area to welcome us. Such a nice touch! It was very cozy and just perfect for our family of seven. We enjoyed playing games around the table and in the living area by the fireplace and watching movies together. There were waffles ready to eat at our convenience, which my kids loved! There was plenty of lighting and windows so it didn't even seem like we were in a basement. Access was easy and the owners were very nice! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Sanctuary in Orem

We needed a place to stay for two weeks during a remodel. Both adults and the cat involved were stressed, and this property and host were the perfect antidote! The best word for this stay is "comfortable"--the neighborhood is quiet, the furniture is ridiculously comfortable, the wi-fi is fast. And yes, there are waffles! Even the cat was satisfied. All three bedrooms are large and comfortable. The washer and dryer are easy to use and effective. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. The neighborhood is residential, but it is extremely convenient to I-15, which means it is extremely convenient to everything. We feel very lucky to have been able to stay here!

Nice community for a quick 2-night stay

The place was overall nice. It is a basement, so you can hear everything going on upstairs. The neighborhood was really nice and clean and quiet. Nice park nearby. There was only one measuring cup, there needs to be a complete set. The tv was nice and it had streaming apps to use - very good! The beds were comfortable. Clarification on the waffles must be said!! We were hoping to check in to a place that smelled like fresh waffles. Nope. There are waffles in the freezer, and there is bisquick mix to make your own waffles (the measuring cups would have been helpful), with a waffle maker. So, if you book this house JUST for the waffles, please know you’re making your own waffles. Syrup was provided.
