A family favorite for generations, Annette’s Place offers back-to-basics accommodations with an unbeatable beachfront location. Nestled into low seaside dunes, this ranch-style house boasts a large sunroom with outdoor deck commanding a panoramic eye-level view of the beach and ocean. The deep front yard with circular drive provides plenty of room for parking, including under the house.

MAIN FLOOR: (4 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms) 1 KING en suite (tub/shower), 1 KING, 2 QUEENS en suite (half bath), 2 SINGLES, hallway bath (tub/shower), kitchen, dining/living area, large oceanfront sunroom with TV den, dry bar and two 4-top game tables, access to oceanfront sundeck.
GROUND FLOOR: (1 bedroom/1 bathroom) 2 SINGLES en suite (shower) with 1 DOUBLE sleeper sofa, laundry room, 2 carport bays. Outside entry only to ground floor bedroom.
