THERE WILL BE NO EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY FROM MAY 25 - AUG 18, 2024.
The outdoor pool will close from Aug 19, 2024 through the winter 2025. The indoor pool will remain open.

Summer House 106A is located in Summer House condos - a favorite among vacationers to Orange Beach! A great location in central Orange Beach! Minutes to shopping, dining, night life, family fun, and more! This unit is located on the west end of the east building - ground floor level!

This condo was recently purchased by new owners who have updated the condo with new furniture, bedding, paint, mattresses, and more! Sleeping arrangements are:

Master Bedroom: King sized bed that sleeps 2
Guest Bedroom 1: King sized bed that sleeps 2
Guest Bedroom 2: 2 full sized beds that sleep upon to 4.
An air mattress is also available if additional sleeping arrangements are needed!

One of the most amazing features of this gulf front condo is the gulf front deck! It is HUGE!! 22' Wide by 11' Deep! Wow! One of the largest decks on the island!! It is set up like an outdoor living area!! Relax on the sectional sofa with your coffee in the morning or have a snack at the 4 top table. The perfect spot to enjoy gulf breezes and amazing gulf views!!

The living room overlooks the beautiful shimmering turquoise Gulf of Mexico waters and is very spacious with lots of comfortable seating. The sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed. A new, large 65" SMART TV Is found in the living room - you can easily log on to Netflix to enjoy a family movie night at the beach. The building was recently completely re-wired with a designated fiber internet line - the wifi at Summer House is AMAZING now! One of the best connections on the beach!

The large kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. New pots, pans, dishes, utensils! The dining room sits 6 and 2 more seats are at the kitchen bar.

Summer House on Romar Beach is a favorite among visitors to the area! The development has wonderful amenities:

Great property. Late getting entry code but t all worked out. Didn’t realize SO MUCH construction was going on. Overall we had a great visit. Property will be much better upon completion of construction

Great escape

Place was so clean, great lay out, very comfy beds. Tv in one if the rooms wouldnt connect to internet but thats okay didnt really need it! Facilities were all clean. So close to shopping food and fun! 10 out of 10 would recomend!

Spring break 2023

This condo was perfect for our family! Very close to grocery, souvenir shops, and restaurants. First level right next to pool which made it so easy for kids to swim and we could watch them from the large patio with seating around 10. We had the four girls in a room, two boys in a room and mom and dad took the master. There was a queen sized blow up mattress and a couch. Doors to outside in all bedrooms which is nice if someone wants to watch the sunrise and slip out without waking everyone. We loved it and 100% recommend

Clean and delightful condo

This condo was wonderful. The building was clean and comfortable. We made Thanksgiving dinner there, so the kitchen was well stocked. My family of 6 had plenty of room.

The condo complex needs updating ,cleaned and fresh paint. The pictures on the website are misleading.

Great Great Great

The condo was AMAZING! Looked exactly like the pictures. Loved the fact that we could walk out to our patio area and go straight to pool and beach without having to go up and down on elevators. Also loved the fact that the kids could go swimming while we sat on patio ( and could see them perfectly) and was close enough that if something happened we could get to them just as fast as if we were sitting at the pool. The location was perfect was within walking distance from dollar general and places to eat. Walmart was also right down the road. Will definitely be booking this condo again in the future.

This was a lively property

We really enjoyed the property! Had a great pool and was close to the office. When our fridge was not working and had to go by ice at 9 at night was not happy but did not let ruin our stay!

Beach front condo!

This property was in a great location. You could literally step out your front door and be at the pool. Each room has its own exit for easy beach and pool access without disturbing others. You could easily sleep 8 comfortably in beds. Plus they provided 2 blow up mattresses and a pull out couch. The couch was wide enough and long enough to sleep on without the pull out. The beach access was directly in front of this property. If I had very small children I might not like the super easy access to the pool. But with teenagers and adults it was perfect. The seating outside was perfect to watch the pool, eat or just enjoy.

Perfect location

We arrived at Orange Beach on a Wednesday, after the tropical storm & hurricane Laura. Property management kept us informed of local weather which was nice & thoughtful. The entire stay was lovely!! The weather was beautiful, scattered showers, but the sun shined within minutes. The location of the unit was perfect, short walk to parking lot, beach & pool (which was active), the noise level wasn’t bad. In the evenings was nice to sit outside on the patio or beach to watch the sunset (not a lot of privacy) the pool stayed active into the evening, we didn’t have an issue, sort of understood being on the main level. Rooms were spacious & slept wonderful. Wish there was a DVR for movies, may have been one, didn’t see which was fine, able to watch Netflix in the evening. We were able to find a fresh market Joe Patties & Billies, cooked a few blue crabs. I would definitely stay in this unit again!! ❤️ Thank you so much for making my first “Orange Beach” experience wonderful!! 🙂
