Grand Pointe Unit #312...This bright and "happy" 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom unit will be the perfect place to have fun with your family and friends! And, this condo is in a perfect location! You can walk to The Gulf Restaurant (one of the best restaurants in the area) as well as San Roc Cay Shopping Center across the street. San Roc Cay offers 4 great restaurants, a spa and wonderful boutiques! No need to get in the car! But if you do, you are a quick drive to the Flora Bama, Publix Grocery Store and everything else that Orange Beach has to offer!

Grand Pointe is the best kept secret in Orange Beach! The complex is quaint and not crowded and the building and the grounds are very well-maintained. The bbq area is so nicely landscaped and the grills are spotless! You will enjoy grilling there! There is never a wait for the elevator which is a huge plus! This is truly a special place with fabulous beach views and water views....some of the best in the area!

The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and will be a fantastic area to cook in during your stay. We also have a combo Keurig and regular coffee maker!You can enjoy your meals at the dining table which provides seating for six. This unit also has extra dining space with bar seating for four. And for a truly relaxing experience, enjoy your morning cups of coffee and glasses of wine on your HUGE private balcony in one of the chaise loungers or at the bar-style table! There is nothing more relaxing than watching the dolphins play in the bay and watching the boats pass from this spot!

The living room is just as relaxing and it offers seating for your entire family. And there is plenty of seating!

This unit also features a full sized washer/dryer, wi-fi, and cable connection during your vacation. As an added perk, this unit features a hall half bathroom, perfect for when everyone needs to space to get ready for a night out!

In the master bedroom, a king-sized bed is available to you, as well as amazing views of the gulf, and another entrance to the private balcony. Connected to this master bedroom is a luxurious bathroom, supplied with a bathtub, and walk-in shower, perfect after a long day out in the sand! The master bathroom has a huge vanity with lots of counter space, perfect for getting ready for a trip to one of the amazing restaurants Alabama's Gulf Coast has to offer!

The second bedroom features a KING-sized bed and an adjacent bathroom that has a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is perfect for the kids. It will give them their own space with a bunk with a full sized bed and a twin sized bed. The room also has another twin bed. The kids can also have their own TV and they'll love that!

Perfect Family Getaway

This was the perfect location for a family getaway. The beach/pool areas were not overcrowded at all. Quick elevators, everyone staying there was pleasant. The condo was roomy and just as described in the listing. We hope to stay in this area again soon.

Awesome vacation!

We were very pleased with the property! The condo was well equipped, and amazing very clean and very roomy! Directly on the ocean, very easy access. We will be staying here again. We had a family of nine and it was very spacious for us all. The grounds were very well kept the pool very clean. And I think my favorite part was the very big spacious balcony.

Great condo!

Our family of 5 had a great time here. Plenty of room and it was extremely clean and comfortable. This was our third time staying at Grande Pointe but the first time with a condo on the ocean side(the other two were nice as well, they faced the pass). Would definitely recommend it. The property managers stayed in touch and checked in with us, making the check in and checkout process a breeze. Hope to go back !

Great place! Location is convenient to beach, pool, and fishing. Condo 312 is overall clean, except if we walked barefooted our feet were dirty. Check in and out was easy and communication great! Overall, would stay again!

This is a beautifully decorated, spacious condo with a great view of the beach and harbor. We have stayed at a lot of nice places in Gulf Shores / Orange Beach over the years but this was truly one of the nicest yet. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again.

I highly recommend Grand Pointe because of the site. Large, uncrowded beach front and beach side of the building. We were there with family and grandkids loved the beach and pools. Lots of open spaces for walking and exploring.

Beautiful Condo that is clean and spacious!

Pictures do not do it justice! It is huge with a huge balcony and it was so comfortable and homey. Everything was spotless and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. Owner was so very responsive and worked with me to back up our dates due to an incoming hurricane so we could still enjoy our vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice and Quiet

This particular unit is tucked away at the end of Orange Beach next to the jetty. A smaller condo but clean and quiet. If you have expectations of hearing the waves from the balcony you’ll be disappointed, however, it’s just a short stroll on the boardwalk and you’re right there on the beach. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything went smoothly, we rented for 7 days but on the 6th day we learned our return flight was cancelled due to weather in Dallas. We were able to extend our rental eventually by 3 days with no problems whatsoever

This unit is in an exciting location, right next to Perdido Pass. Our condo was cute. However, ice machine didn't work, kitchen was small, and beds weren't very comfortable. We had a great time, and air conditioner worked well!! The balcony was large with an amazing gulf view!

The perfect condo

This unit is very accommodating for a large group. Each bedroom has a full bathroom in addition to a 1/2 bath in the hallway. Well supplied kitchen for easy meals! The balcony is huge and a wonderful place to sit for coffee and breakfast. The view of the bay is beautiful and fun to watch the boats come in and out. A short walk to a not so crowded beach is a plus! Grand Pointe is a wonderful condo and this unit is top tier in my book! I’d love to book this unit again!

Another quiet weekend at Grand Pointe

Love coming and staying at Grand Pointe. Beautiful, spacious condo. Would be awesome if parking passes could be bought ahead of time and left in the condo - the pick up place is in the complete opposite direction. Also don’t understand why undercover parking isn’t allowed by guests. We were there in one car. 90% of undercover parking was empty.

Many disappointments with this property. Jack hammering went on for days right below the condo. I was told "it is off season time that's when the projects get done, I could leave the condo for the day if it became too much".

We enjoyed our stay very much - so much that we will be coming back! The condo had everything we needed. It was comfortable and clean with a lot of space to place our items! The only draw was that there was construction and there was scaffolding in front of the balcony. We could still see the ocean view; however, without the scaffolding will be much nicer in the future. We were told there would be construction but not specifically told about the scaffolding. We would stay again at the condo - even with the scaffolding - we loved the location and condo very much!

Beautiful views

Large, beautifully decorated condo. Quiet end of the beach with great views on gulf and Perdido pass. Only small complaint was you have to go 5 miles in the opposite direction to get your parking pass when you arrive. Not sure what their plan B is if you arrive after hours. Also, apparently only owners can park under the cover. Our parking pass was marked “owner” but we got a warning to be towed for parking under the cover. We were there on a quiet weekend with numerous empty parking places under the cover - so not sure what that was all about. Regardless, we will be back because it was quiet.
