Quiet and close to this charming farmhouse in a private subdivision. Located at the end of subdivision, enjoying a garden shaded by tall pines, you will be at home in this typical Provencal house and tastefully decorated. A barbecue and a NESPRESSO coffee maker will enhance your stay.
The ground floor consists of a large living-dining room with fireplace and direct access to the 2 terraces and garden and a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 140 cm and the other with a convertible sofa bed comfortable 140 cm. Both with magnificent views of the Gulf of Saint Tropez and a beautiful little terrace for the master bedroom. You will also find a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
Modulate your way of life in this house thanks to its many possibilities: shaded terrace west side at the back of the house for a cool lunch lunch, terrace overlooking the Gulf of Saint Tropez east side at the front of the house house to enjoy the barbecue in the evening.
This house has all the modern comforts you may need: 102 cm flat screen TV with audio system to connect your smart phone, free wifi internet, oven with cold door, induction hob, kettle, express coffee maker, fridge with integrated freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster.
Dishes, sheets, bath and beach towels, tea towels, you will also be provided.
The house is part of a very quiet and family development, with a large communal pool (1 minute from the house) and a small shady private road direct access to the sea where you can join in 10 minutes walk from the pebble or sand beaches and 20 minutes walk from the center of Sainte Maxime.
You can park in front of the house or enter a car in the garden.
Less than 10 minutes by car, you will find everything you need: a very large supermarket, a bakery, a local wine merchant, an accapares (open in summer), a cinema, a library etc.
Avoid traffic jams and reach Saint Tropez in just 15 minutes by boat from the port of Sainte Maxime.

Es hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gut für die Erholung. Es gibt eine sehr gute Ausstattung im Haus, es mangelte an nichts. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle nötigen Informationen stehen zur Verfügung. Der Meeresblick, der große Pool und der kurze Weg zum Meer sind vorzüglich.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Der Poolbereich ist schöner als auf den Fotos ersichtlich, es gibt Stühle und einige Liegen, immer ist irgendwo Schatten vorhanden, häufig ist man für sich.Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, es gibt 2 Terrassen, die wir beide sehr geschätzt haben. Der Innenbereich ist auch sehr liebevoll gestaltet, die Klimaanlagen (unten, 2x oben) funktionieren sehr gut. Für eine Familie passt alles prima. Das Schlafsofa ist mittelbequem.Es gibt einen versteckten Fußweg am Ende der Straße, allerdings muss man immer einen Schlüssel für das Tor dabei haben, so dass man als Familie zusammenbleiben muss, damit man hindurch gelangt. Das Ferienhaus können wir sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus liegt ruhig am Hang über dem Meer, das man nach ca. 13 min erreicht, zum Strand sind es ca. 15 min zu Fuß (Rückweg ca. 17min). Man geht einen kleinen schmalen Fußweg am Bach entlang, der teilweise auch schattig ist, so dass man auch bei großer Hitze gut den Berg wieder hoch kommt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt etwas älteres Haus, aber sehr gemütlich. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ein absoluter Traum!

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus mitsamt seinem großzügigen und gepflegten Garten und den schönen Pinien-Bäumen und haben jeden Tag genossen. Auch die moderne Einrichtung heißt einen willkommen und ist farblich aufeinander abgestimmt, Möbel und Vorhängen sind Ton in Ton. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen mit Blick aufs Meer ein.Alles ist sehr großzügig und ruhig, da das Haus am Ende der Straße liegt. Wir hätten gerne verlängert, aber leider kamen die nächsten Mieter direkt im Anschluss.Alles war auffallend sauber, und in perfektem Zustand.Vielen lieben Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder. :)

Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Das Ferienhaus steht auf einem Grundstück mit großen Pinien und man erreicht den Strand zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Das schöne und gepflegte Gemeinschaftsschwimmbad ist in einer Minute zu erreichen. Von der eigenen Terrasse und vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Meerblick.Die Lage ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch weiterer Strände und einem Stadtbummel in Saint Tropez oder Sainte Maxime. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin steht immer für weitere Informationen zur Verfügung.

Séjour très agréable

Roselyne est très agréable et à l'écoute des ses locataires. La maison était d'une propreté impeccable et est très bien située (15mn à pied du centre ville, à peine 10mn de la mer) La piscine est très longue et permet de nager, elle est située à 1 mn de la maison (pas de bruit entendu). Climatisation appréciable lors des fortes chaleurs. Sejour au top.

Perfekte Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in einem wunderschönen typisch französischen Haus verbracht. Die Gastgeberin Roselyne hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war bei Fragen sofort behilflich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einen phantastischer Blick aufs Meer konnten wir zudem genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus in toller Region

Wir waren hier zwei Wochen vor Ort. Das Reihenendhaus ist sehr schön und das Grundstück ausreichend groß. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und der Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Zum Haus gehört ein Pool (ca16x7m), der nur 50 m entfernt ist und der von mehreren Anwohnern und Urlaubern benutzt wird. Da ist aber im Juni immer wenig bis gar nichts los gewesen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist top. Alles da was man braucht und alles sehr sauber. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage. In der Gegend kann man einiges unternehmen. Auch mit dem Boot nach Saint Tropez fahren macht viel Spaß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Tage in Ste. Maxime

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Dazu einen herrlichen Pool und eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Es war einfach schön.

Tolle Zeit

Das Haus liegt als letztes Haus in einer Reihe sehr ruhig, es gibt schöne schattige Plätze im Garten. Das Haus war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch Liegen für Garten und Strand sind vorhanden. Der gemeinsame Pool ist amtlich groß (ca. 18m) und war nie zu voll. Sehr gut hat uns der private Fußweg zum Stadtstrand mit Kiesel oder Sand gefallen (10 min zu Fuß). Roselyne ist superfreundlich und reagiert sofort auf alle Anfragen. Wir waren mit 2 Töchter (17&20) dort, da kommt man mit dem recht kleinen Bad an die Grenze :-), aber sonst absolut zu empfehlen!

Très jolie maison

Très jolie maison avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour très agréable, juste à côté d'une belle piscine - calme, proche des plages. Tout est parfait pour des vacances relaxantes.
