Our apartment of 3 rooms (75m2 + balcony 20m2), 4 stars, for 4 people, is located in Sainte Maxime in a dead calm closed residence with covered parking. Its proximity to the town center, shops and beaches (10 minute walk) and its exceptional view of the Gulf of St. Tropez make it an ideal holiday resort in summer and winter. The furnishings are simple and contemporary style. It is perfectly equipped to ensure all the comforts of home.

The ideal place for holiday

We visited a lot of places for holiday but we never found a better one. It's very calm and the sea view is phenomenal. The flat is very beautiful and really tastefully and comfortably furnished and it is very well situated to make excursions in the region. So we can highly recommend it and we will come again for sure.

Excellent Apartment in Five Star Location

It is an ideal location close to the town centre, with lots of walking opportunities in the surrounding regions. It also serves as a base for excellent road and rail links along the Riviera. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable with superb views over the golfe of St Tropez.

Beautiful location

Our 2-weeks stay was perfect. The appartment is spacy, well maintained and has a beautiful view over the Golf. Central ville can be reached by walking (10 min) as well as the port to travel by boat e.g. to St. Tropez. The appartment sits in a very calm neighbarhood, has calm and pleasant neighbours and the communication with Yannick was perfect. Therefore this place is strongly recommendable.

Being able to eat on the balcon with a sea view was one of the highlights. The building is very quiet as there is only one owner who lives in their condo full-time. The apartment is well equiped and we had a designated covered parking bay. The kitchen is equipped with a food processor, Nespresso and milk frother, dishwasher, oven, micro-wave and an electric barbecue on the back balcony. It also a has a laundry machine in the bathroom. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood but very close to the city centre, restaurants, bakeries, the port and beaches by foot. Large supermarkets like Carrefour, Aldi, Leclerc are 10 minutes away by car. There are other smaller grocery stores in the city centre.

Mediterranean View!

We stayed in Ste Maxime for 7 days in April 2025. We received a warm welcome, in French, from Isabelle. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The best part was the balcony with the gorgeous view of the sea. We were able to walk into town in about 10 minutes to catch a boat tour, get ice cream, go shopping or to a restaurant. The area was peaceful and quiet. It was great!

Fantastisch appartement met een prachtig uitzicht over de Golf van Saint-Tropez. Het ruime balkon is heerlijk en biedt volop gelegenheid om van het uitzicht te genieten.Het appartement is ruim, licht en modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De airconditioning in alle kamers functioneert perfect. De keuken is compleet uitgerust en beschikt onder andere over een grote Amerikaanse koel-/vriescombinatie met dispenser, waardoor alles lekker koel en vers blijft.De slaapkamers hebben veel kastruimte en de bedden zijn prima. Daarnaast is er een eigen overdekte parkeerplaats onder het appartement, wat erg prettig is.Het gebouw ligt in een rustige wijk, op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen (of 3 minuten met de auto) van het centrum van Sainte-Maxime.Het contact met de verhuurder en met de lieve dame die ons bij aankomst verwelkomde, verliep allemaal vlot en zonder problemen.Kortom: we hebben een heerlijke week doorgebracht in dit fijne appartement. We komen hier zeker heel graag nog eens terug!

In Ste. Maxime gegenüber St. Tropez in ruhiger Lage am Hang mit Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht gelegen, mit dem Auto in 5 Min. zum Sandstrand von La Nartelle, zu Fuss in 15 Minuten ins Zentrum mit attraktiven kleinen Läden und schönen und zu empfehlenden Lokalen (für jeden Geldbeutel und Geschmack etwas dabei). Die Wohnung mit Garage ist soweit vollständig ausgestattet und bietet einen herrlichen Aufenthaltsort für den Urlaub an der Cote d'azur. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl auch die An- und Abreise mit Übergabe waren unkompliziert.

l'appartement se situe à 10 mn du centre ville où l'on trouve tous les commerces et restaurants nécessaires. La vue sur la méditerranée est imprenable. Le parking est appréciable. L'appartement est bien équipé et lumineux. Il est vraiment au calme.

Super schöne Wohnung

Eine tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage, nur 10 Minuten zur City. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist fantastisch, alles ist sauber und die Ausstattung bietet alles was man für schöne Ferien benötigt. Parkplatz direkt am Haus im abgeschlossenen Bereich. Wir kommen wieder.

Excellent séjours à Sainte Maxime

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine ou nous avons pu découvrir cette belle région. Notre hébergement a participé à rendre ce séjour très agréable.
