Perfect little get away! Walk right from the house to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. It had snorkeling gear, all of the towels and linens were there. The lanai was perfect and the host was very responsive. Checkout was a little too early 10am (I thought we had until 11) and the cleaner was there right at 10. I didn’t have enough time to get rid of a lot of extra food in the fridge so hopefully the housecleaner could use it.

Wonderful Guest! Welcome anytime!
Thank you for staying at Seaing Spotts.
The stay was very comfortable, clean, well maintained, directly on the beach... plenty of sun, lovely shade under palm trees and great snorkeling! Located mid-island for traveling both directions to explore the island, but do need a car.

Thank you so much for staying at Seaing Spotts. You are welcome anytime.
The view, beach and snorkeling were perfect. We all loved the screened in porch for our morning coffee and relaxing at night. The area is centrally located to the entire island. The unit had everything we needed, but a few things need to be fixed. A few kitchen cabinet doors were falling off. The bathroom sink was backing up and the pool across the street was out of order. The floors need a good mopping. You would get out of the shower and within minutes your feet were black. The condo management should look at adding mirrors to the exit to the street because it is VERY hard to see cars due to wall.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. Our goal is always to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for every guest.
We would have sincerely appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns during your stay, as we are always happy to resolve issues promptly, rather than leave a review before allowing us to rectify the situation. It is not like we were aware of these problems as we’ve had no complaints before.
We had our condo manager, check the cabinets that were “falling apart” she found no cabinets falling apart, not sure what you were seeing? She found nothing wrong with the bathroom sink backing up either but will check it again. As for the floors, that too is surprising to hear. Not sure how your feet would turn black? Did the floors look black? Could you see visible dirt? We will definitely have our cleaning crew look into that. As for the pool… it was not closed at all during your stay. It is kept locked, and there is a key in the condo and that information is in your welcome packet regarding that. Maybe that’s what you saw? Lastly, the mirrors is a great suggestion. We will ask the association if they would consider installing them.
This was the perfect place to stay for myself and 3 adult family members. We each had our own space and unit was very clean! It seemed to be in the perfect location. Not far from the airport and in the middle of all of the places we wanted to explore! The private beach is beautiful and never crowded. We checked in on our first day, went out to the beach and the first thing we saw were 3 sea turtles!! Would recommend this unit to anyone!!
LOTs of plusses for this condo. Great location. Spacious. Fully and thoughtfully equipped. Very responsive property manager. Only negative is that you must cross a very busy road to access the pool and tennis court. Location is away from the major tourist areas, and you will need a rental car as no restaurants or services are in walking distance. But it is a very short walk to one of the best beaches on Grand Cayman! I plan to rent here again.
