The well appointed home features a total of 3 bedrooms including 1 master suite, 4 bathrooms, kitchen with stainless appliances, dining room, living room, large deck areas, infinity pool, central A/C, (replaced in 2021), granite counter tops, fine furnishings, fiber optic cable, satellite TV and a breathtaking northern coastal whitewater view.

Dominical is known for great surfing and laid back atmosphere and the area offers many dining options. There are a variety of activities to enjoy including kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, waterfall tours, white water rafting and zip line canopy tours.

Housekeeping and concierge services included in rental rate. Other professional services are available for an additional charge.

Feel safe and secure in our home located within a gated community with a 24-hour entry security guard along with a nighttime roaming security guard.

A NOTE FROM US TO OUR POTENTIAL RENTERS: Building this home was a dream come true, a four-year process, from design to finish.
It is truly rewarding to receive all the positive feedback from our rental clients and we are thankful for the respect our clients show to this home by leaving it in a condition that makes it hard to believe someone stayed there.

It is not an easy choice to rent a luxury property sight unseen. Each one of our reviews represents just that decision. In fact, every rental client since the inception of our rental program, has been pleased with their decision to rent with us. Please note we are experiencing a real estate boom in our beautiful area of Costa Rica. There may be a villa under construction within our gated community during the 2023-2024 season.

Outdoor Patios and sundeck: This home features two outdoor patio/deck areas around the infinity pool as well as private patios adjacent to the king and queen bedrooms.

The pool area has two chaise lounge chairs in addition to a 60" round patio table with four swivel/rocking chairs. A sun umbrella is placed next to these for your use.

The sun deck provides an expansive sunning area as you listen to the cascading water from the infinity pool. This relaxation area has two chaise lounges and a cocktail table...another great place to relax and watch the sunset.

The Master suite and the South bedrooms each have a private patio and provide the perfect spot to have some 'alone time'.

The host was welcoming. There were some issues at check in where the lights in the pool weren't on and the air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working and the one in the master bedroom was set at a very high temperature. We contacted the host and they took care of it as fast as they could considering it was Christmas holiday.

Stunning Location and Great Experience

We had an amazing stay. The property and home are beautiful with excellent amenities. From the sun room, we saw coatis, basilisks, iguanas and hawks just feet away. The view is extraordinary, as you can see in the pictures. Five stars!

Wonderful vacation

Had a great stay - home was beautiful and the views breath taking. Enjoyed our time at the house swimming in the beautiful pool and then site seeing and taking in all that Costa Rica has to offer from waterfalls to zip lining to horse back riding we sure enjoyed our time.

Beautiful Home

This home is among the best we have rented with the vibro app . Great views lovely location great pool. Seems strange that a home of this quality does not have a backup generator. A rather small investment in ratio to the overall investment in the home . ( we experienced three days without power)Only other suggestion would be improved lighting in the kitchen it was very hard to read directions and controls on the stove..

Amazing views in this beautiful home

We truly enjoyed our time in Suenos Pacificos - the home was well outfitted and comfortable. The pool deck and pool, as well as the grounds in general were a great setting to enjoy amazing views of the pacific. We had chef Guillermo make breakfast and dinner and truly enjoyed the ability to relax. Communications with the host and the property manager were easy and timely.

Spectacular!

Our trip was one for the books! Everyone had a blast and the house is absolutely stunning! Paradise

We stayed for a week in March. The location of the villa and the amenities on offer can’t be beat. The photos reflect the fantastic views but we also appreciated the serenity of the place. For us the location was perfect. A few miles from Dominical and 15 mins from Uvita where there is an excellent BM supermarket, a farmers market, and good restaurants. As previous reviews note, La Parcela is a terrific place for a meal down the street. Owners were responsive and great communicators. Overall a great stay.

Priceless Views

The home is perfectly clean and stocked. The kitchen and amenities were the best I’ve experienced using VRBO. The reviews were all accurate. The home is on a steep cliff but you can’t get the views without the climb. Amazing View

We have traveled quite a bit with our family and stayed in many nice places, but this was by far our favorite home - the layout, the accommodations, and the most incredible view. The town of Domincal is such a nice break from the hustle and bustle of life. The owner was incredibly kind when we had to cancel our first trip, making a very bad situation work out great. We can't say enough about this home. You definitely need to do the Corcovado National Park Tour, and of course the Zip Lining. And, don't miss eating a giant burger and wings at Jolly Roger, the people there are great!

Absolutely Perfect! Even better than the pictures

I don't have enough positive words to say! The house, the view, the town, the ppl all perfect. We had such a wonderful trip and are already talking about going back (and we just got home). We have rented several houses through the Caribbean - and this was by far the best house we have ever rented. The house was beautiful, so well thought out and perfectly equipped (fully equipped kitchen, great labeling). The views were absolutely amazing! The sunsets were absolutely stunning. The owner & concierge were so responsive and helpful - a delight to deal with & provided such valuable information! We enjoyed the restaurant and activity recommendations very much! I'd give this 10 stars if possible - absolutely amazing!

Wonderful ocean view location!

We enjoyed the quiet peaceful stay at this property. The Infinity pool with a view of the ocean and the sound of the waves was just marvelous. Some of our favorite experiences were the small local restaurants that served wonderful food and presented so beautifully. The only one I wouldn't recommend was the fancy expensive steakhouse up the mountain. Our experience there wasn't good at all! The para sailing was fun. The dolphin tour didn't have anything to do with dolphins it seemed but the boat ride and snorkeling was nice. The waterfall experience was very enjoyable. FOUR WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE SEEMS ESSENTIAL and be sure you have a spare. We had 2 flats from our higher mountain trips. We would love to come back someday.

Words have no justice!

My husband and I chose Costa Rica for our wedding destination. We had no real idea of what area of the Costa Rica to stay in, but as soon as wensaw this house, we knew we had to stay here. I can not begin to describe what an amazing experience it was. The owner, the nicest man ever, continued to give me tips and offered great recommendations on things to do and vendors to choose throughout the whole planning process. I felt like we were old friends. Everything you read and every picture you see of this house is real. (If not better) I promise you will not go wrong with this house and Costa Rica. Truly amazing place. We will definitely come back.

Outstanding!

Our family of five adults enjoyed Suenos Pacificos for ten amazing days in late June. Catherine made the booking easy and responded timely to answer all of our questions. Olmer made the check-in absolutely seamless - he took care of every detail for us before and during our stay, all we had to do was enjoy our vacation. He even went out of his way to bring pizzas for us on the first night we arrived, as a traffic snarl delayed us a bit. The property is stunning as described in the previous reviews. The meal prepared by Milor and Axell was awesome, Hacienda Baru is a must, so is Alturas Animal Sanctuary, Bar Jolly Roger for chicken wings, and Mariscos Amancio for ceviche and lobster. Oh, and Jennifer has reopened Tortillas Flats! You have to try the Nachos Gregorio. Suenos Pacificos is outstanding! Pura Vida

Perfectly Perfect

Two couples stayed at this amazing property for 5 weeks in January/February 2023. It was a special vacation for the four of us as we were celebrating significant birthday milestones, health milestones and a 50th wedding anniversary. The home is beautiful and the views from the deck outstanding. We lived outside most of the time we were there as we could not get enough of the views. The pool was very welcoming as we were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather for our entire stay. A variety of beautiful beaches are close by as well. The home is very well equipped with many sitting areas throughout the spacious interior. So comfortable and relaxed. The concierge services (specifically Olmer)that are available are very professional and helpful. Olmer helped make this such a special vacation for us. The location is super convenient to great restaurants and all the activities you can think of to do in Costa Rica. We hope we are fortunate enough to be able to return to this property at some point in the future. It is truly a gem.

Beautiful Home, Safe Location and Amazing Views !

Where do I start .... We had 2 adults and 2 boys (8 and 10). There is room for 2 more, but our other 2 were not able to join us. The home is beautiful, clean, well appointed, very spacious and most of all safe. The pool is great and the views from the pool deck are breathe taking. The jungle rises to the pool edge and the wildlife is at your fingertips. We saw white-nosed coatis, heard howler monkeys and had numerous birds by the pool. We went surfing in Dominical and spent a day at Manuel Antonio (hire a guide). We also went to Marino Ballena Park and the boys played at the whale tail beach all day. A must is going to the restaurant "La Parcela" ! It is located across the highway from the home and has great food with views of the pacific. Tip: If you go for a late lunch you may see the monkeys. Over-all we had a great time and are already planning a visit back to Costa Rica !

Wonderful slice of heaven in Dominical

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Suenos Pacificos Villa. Our family of 6 stayed comfortably at the villa with amazing views of the pacific ocean. Well stocked kitchen, clean home, comfortable beds and upscale linens, including a supply of pool towels, so we didn't run out! We spent many days at the pool, but also went to the local beaches (playas) of Dominical, Hermosa and Uvita - the whale's tail is a must see...about a 40 min. drive to Quepos and 50 min. to Manuel Antonio. The villa is located up a steep dirt road, so a 4x4 would be a good idea...but also past a gate with guards. Very well maintained and wonderul concierge, Olmer met every question and request timely and with many suggestions. He was wonderful, and gave a peace of mind, we might not have otherwise had. Visit La Parcela just up the road (5 min. drive) for viewing of the monkeys around 4/5 pm. Get up at 6 am to hear the birds and howler monkeys - they will come out after 3 once it cools down a bit...We saw Toucans, Crested Caracaras, parakeets and several other birds. We even saw the capuchin monkeys at the pool one afternoon. It was a magical stay.

Luxury Villa with a Million Dollar View!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying Bob's villa for a full 10 days, and it's next to impossible to describe how incredible our vacation was in just a few words. From the moment we opened the front door, the luxury, array of amenities, and overall comfort of the home shines through. We are very lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in villas all over the world, let alone in Costa Rica, and this one is far beyond most anywhere else we have stayed. The only drawback to the villa, is that if you stay here you absolutely will never want to leave! From the surround sound throughout the whole house, the biggest showers you have ever seen, the incredible infinity pool, a chef's dream of a kitchen, huge and comfortable beds, and a view from every room in the house this villa truly has it all. Tack on the fact that you are just a 2 minute drive from the beach and there really isnt anything else you can ask for from a vacation home. Better yet, Bob is an incredible host and along with help from Alexandre at the concierge you will have no problem getting your way around or booking any activities you desire. We simply could not have asked for anything more, and hope to be able to get back to this villa sometime in the very near future!

Stunning ocean views, beautiful home

We so enjoyed staying at Suenos Pacificos! The house is well designed, with windows that fold open so that you can get breezes and hear the birds and the howler monkeys. Bedrooms are all extremely comfortable. The pool!!! Wonderful to swim in or float and read or just admire the view. Sadly, some of us had to work during vacation. The internet was very fast and has battery backup so it never went down. Sometimes we worked in the small office, but generally we worked at the dining room table or pool deck so we could look up and enjoy the spectacular view. We love to cook and the kitchen is wonderful, as is the barbecue. If you don't cook there are tons of fantastic restaurants within a short drive. Loads of activities nearby, horseback riding, zip lining, beaches (of course), surfing. If you are birdwatchers we highly recommend the birdwatching tour at Oro Verde. You absolutely need 4 wheel drive. The road to the house is steep, and if you want to explore the area you will be on a lot of steep dirt roads. Olmer arranged surf lessons for the more agile in our group and they were wonderful. Everyone we dealt with from the owner to the concierge to the ladies who cleaned were absolutely great to work with. And, I'm going to say it a third time, the view! You will pinch yourself every morning. Say hello to the toucans for us!

Best property in Dominical!!

This was my 7th trip to the Dominical area and I have to say this house was by far, the best property rental yet! So many great things to say but ill try to summarize. The house and property are vey well maintained and have every amenity you could imagine. The house is gorgeous, 5 star without a doubt. The location is beyond convenient. The house is literally 3 minutes from Dominicalito beach in a gated community which make ease of going to stores, restaurants or sight seeing a breeze. Many properties in Dominical are way up in the rain forest and can be quite challenging and intimidating to some that aren't used to the dirt roads in Costa Rica. ( Esp in rainy season!). The VIEWS are to die for!! Lastly, I had a little visitor while I was enjoying my afternoon tea and a book... A real life MARGAY!! OR Ocelot, too hard to tell from photos with one it was. It is EXTREMELY rare to see ANY jungle cat in Costa Rica so tis was a once in a lifetime experience for me. I am a crazy animal lover and nothing could have prepared me for this!! I am still smiling from it! Anyone that rents this property will not be disappointed!! Im going back in March and hope to rent this house agin. Gorgeous property with the best view! The glowing reviews are accurate.

When planning trips, I always scour the reviews. The glowing reviews are absolutely accurate and this property is truly spectacular. We are already trying to figure when we will be returning. Olmer was very helpful in planning the many details of our stay. Catherine, the host, was incredibly gracious and offered to chat on the phone when I had some specific questions and was incredibly patient and gracious when we had some unexpected itinerary changes. I appreciated learning from her about the area and all of her helpful tips. We flew into San Jose and stayed (on Catherine's excellent recommendation) at the Marriott Hacienda Belen - perfect for our changed flight which arrived in the late evening. Olmer arranged for our rental car from Alamo to be delivered right to the hotel - how convenient! He helped us plan where to pick up groceries along the way (at the BM Supermarket in Quepos). But if you want to have groceries waiting for you at the villa, he can arrange that as well! We travelled with our two kids, ages 19 and 14. For excursions, we booked a couple of for our family through Olmer. Surf lessons on Dominical Beach with Junior (excellent) and the canyoning/waterfall rappelling through Bahia Ballena Kayaks and Tours (also excellent). We explored around Dominical and Uvita on our own and took a day trip to Manuel Antonio National Park. We knew we wanted to leave enough time to enjoy the property and sure were happy that we didn't plan too much. We loved having time to simply enjoy the stunning villa - cook some meals (everything you need is there), enjoy the stunning infinity pool and view, get to know the local wildlife, play board games (there is a variety to choose from including our family favourite - Catan!). This is a truly special place that you will absolutely not regret booking. We are grateful to Catherine and Olmer for all of their help in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The Good Life!

Tropical paradise truly awaits you at this spectacular 5,000 square-foot 3 bedroom 4 bathroom Las Olas dream home defined by its breathtaking views. Brilliantly situated atop a private bluff 160 feet above sea level overlooking the Pacific, you won’t know where heaven stops and you start. A spacious, open reception hall welcomed us into the Spanish-style abode where each room is enhanced by authentic decorum and graciously-filled sunlight. Built for entertaining, this estate is impeccably maintained and features fine appointments and finishes throughout, such as a gourmet kitchen with vaulted ceilings, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; theater/living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, surround sound stereo and iPod docking station; laundry room with FREE washer and dryer; and my personal favorite - a stately dining room which opens to the back patio, infinity pool and stunning view of the coast. This spectacular residence boasts all the amenities of any five-star resort with all the comforts of home. You can enjoy traditional meals prepared by a local chef or further de-stress with massage therapy for a nominal fee. Maid service is also included. While all these luxuries make it hard to leave, I strongly encourage every visitor to explore the surrounding areas to take in the culture, because the beauty of the home is matched only by the beauty of the people. Costa Rica has one of the most diverse environments. The natives are kind, approachable, helpful and extremely passionate about their country, which led us to our zip lining adventures in Hacienda Baru and horse back ride to the Nauyaca waterfalls. Local markets also offer some of the best art and freshest produce. On the evenings we cooked for ourselves, we marveled at the grilled (yes, the house also has a grill) mahi mahi and pineapple, jumbo prawns, homemade guacamole, papaya and mango. The American dollar really goes a long way! All in all, this home far exceeded any expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to escape to the good life, or “La Pura Vida” as it’s referred to in Costa Rica.

Wonderful house. Pictures posted are accurate. A true birders paradise.It had all the amenities you could ever need. A/C was great.Our host was very responsive to any request.My brother and I caught our limits on inshore fishing at Quepos.

After owning another area property for many years, we chose this villa for undoubtably the best views in Costa Rica, the attention to detail in the construction, fabulous infinity pool and spacious kitchen. Our gardens include many of the fruits and spices we use on a regular basis. Each season brings its' own reward.

This is our family's second home. Costa Rica is a lovely place for multi generational travel and our villa is well situated for parents, grandparents and children ages 12 and older.
