This classy, yet farmhouse adorned condo is located in the prestigious gated secure community of Pointe Royal Resort and Golf Club. Only minutes to all Branson Shows, Shopping, Branson Landing and Activities that Branson has to offer.

KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING ROOM
The large kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances along with being fully stocked to cook up a family meal or quick breakfast. New granite counter tops along with a coffee bar, with kuerig, is supplied for your convenience. Starter Kuerig K-Cups are provided.
Open Concept kitchen to living room and dining room area. Dining seating for four very comfortably with 2 extra bar stools at the large granite island (additional card table/4 folding chairs located in laundry room). The living room is adjacent with a queen pull out sofa for the children or extra guests in your adventure. A 50" Flat Screen Tv and free WIFI. Large slider door off Living Room to a wonderful patio to watch the kids playing in the pool or at the playground. A full Laundry room is right off of kitchen.

1st KING BEDROOM SUITE
The 1st King Bedroom features luxury linens and pillow top mattress to sleep the night away. This bedroom has a touch of rustic flair with a shiplap floor to ceiling headboard wall. Flat screen TV to watch your favorite show. You have access to the bath with tub/shower combo, with granite vanity and quick dry towels. All linens are provided. The bath is also accessible from the main living area.

2nd KING BEDROOM SUITE
The 2nd King Bedroom is a complete Master Suite with private bath with double sinks and tub/shower combo with ADA ht toilet. A massive high king 4 poster bed will make you feel like the queen or king of your castle. Complete access to the patio to take in that early cup of coffee before the rest of the family awakes. Flat screen TV along with DVD player provided.

Condo was very clean & spacious. Bottom lid fell off stove & it was full of food under there. Oven cooked too fast & it was only 2 cooking irons on stove. Loved be able to use code to enter. Very quiet. Would definitely stay again. Very homey. Thanks for hosting my family & I for Christmas

We own several vacation properties in Branson and this is our 4th in Pointe Royal for we love how well kept the resort is and all the amenities it provides our guests with. And this will be perfect for the family since there is an outdoor pool and playground just steps away from the patio where you can watch your children or grandchildren play! Or jump in the car and a 1/2 mile away is another outdoor pool or enjoy the year round indoor heated pool. All within a private gated safe community.
