This spacious and tastefully appointed 1400 sq foot condo in the Emerald Bay Yacht Club complex features an open floor plan with a vaulted living room ceiling.

Enjoy the enclosed sun room overlooking the natural surroundings. Put your feet up and relax with your morning brew or wind down your day overlooking the cove and beautiful Ozark mountains. Feel like you are part of nature without ever leaving home.

The 2 master bedrooms feature king sized beds, new mattresses, and high end bedding to ensure a restful slumber. Both bedrooms have smart T.V.’s Bring your login information for your favorite streaming services or enjoy a selection of free Roku channels. The spacious en suite bathrooms feature jetted tubs, Jack and Jill sinks, and plenty of space to store your belongings.

In the living room, cuddle up on the cozy living room furniture and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace or watch your favorite movie on the 47 inch smart T.V. Perhaps you prefer to create warm family memories of your lake vacation by playing one of the various board games provided. The choice is yours.

A generously sized and fully stocked kitchen is at your disposal. Plenty of pots, pans, and dishes are provided. The little extras are there too. Basic pantry staples, a waffle maker, a flat top griddle are there for your convenience. Whether you are planning a multi course dinner or just making the basics, you're covered.
The dining area seats 6 comfortably and the eat in counter top for 2 means that there is plenty of room for everyone!

Can’t quite disconnect from the outside world? No worries. You are provided with high speed internet and WiFi. Plus, with 1400 square feet of room, no doubt you’ll find the perfect spot for that work meeting you just can’t ignore.

Cleanliness is a top priority when finding a comfortable space for your family. Our cleaners are dedicated to making your stay comfortable and healthy! Rest assured that ALL bedding, including quilts and comforters, are freshly laundered prior to your arrival.

Outside, you’ll find that the pool is only steps from your door! Take a refreshing dip, lounge in one of the provided chairs with a good book, or play a game of shuffleboard. You could also choose to adventure down to the lake side using one of the many trails. There are plenty of great spots (and plenty of rocks) to teach the kiddos just how great of a rock skipper you are!

Located only 10 minutes from Table Rock State Park, 20 minutes from Silver Dollar City, and 15 minutes from the Branson strip you will be close to all of the action while still enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area.

We really enjoyed our time here! It was very clean and comfortable. Our host, Sarah, was amazing and very helpful! She definitely added a lot of personal touches to the condo to make it special for her guests. The online guide that she sent was very helpful. So we only stay for a weekend but it was fabulous. The condo was very clean, it made you feel as if you were at home. The veiw out the back an incredible veiw of Table Rock Lake, maybe 70 feet it was very close.

We have stayed in many condos in this same complex and this is by far the best one. It is spacious, clean, welcoming, well-decorated and stocked. Booking and communication with the owner was very easy. Check in and check out was super easy as well. We will definitely book again.

For years, we dreamed of owning a property on the lake in Branson that we could enjoy with our kids. We have often traveled to this area and enjoyed the local attractions so owning a property here just made sense. Now, that dream has come true and we are grateful that we get to share it with you!

Why they chose this property

This condo is in the perfect location for those travelers, who like us, prefer staying closer to nature and out of the hustle and bustle you find around the tourist attractions. That being said, it is still close enough to town that those attractions are easily accessible. It's really the best of both worlds!
