A beautiful villa for eight people, situated less than 2 km from Begur. The property features four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property offers views of the Mediterranean Sea and is just a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful beach at Sa Riera. But you can, of course, also stay at home and enjoy your own private swimming pool. This is beautifully landscaped with grass surrounding it and a terrace on several sides.

A distinctive feature of this property is the tower, which houses the living room. On the garden side is the fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The house is, of course, equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV. It also has air conditioning. In the garage, a billiards table and table tennis table are at your disposal, and the swimming pool is heated.
The upper floor is on the same level as the garden and the swimming pool. On this floor is also the master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.
One floor below are the three other bedrooms. These share the second bathroom and the air conditioning unit located in the hallway between the three bedrooms.

In just a few minutes you can reach the beautiful, authentic Catalan village of Begur. Here you will find good restaurants, lovely terraces and charming boutiques. Less than 7 km away are the magnificent golf courses of Pals and Emporda Golf. Absolutely stunning and challenging courses.

Also within easy reach are the lovely beaches of Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc, Sa Tuna and the aforementioned Sa Riera.

Lovely house

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Tullipan. The house is spacious and the small garden was adequate for our needs. The pool was unheated but warm enough to swim daily at end May. The porch was a lovely place to sit in the sun and the view of the sea was beautiful. All beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Some points to be aware of: The driveway was somewhat tricky as it sloped away from the gate and it was easy to scrape the underside of the car on the metal track for the gate as you enter and exit the property. The villa has a nice house on one side, but otherwise is bordered by waste ground and weeds (not very attractive surroundings). It is overlooked by houses higher up the hill. During our stay the location was somewhat noisy due to large rock trucks traversing the local roads during working hours where new properties were being built. There was also a lot of drilling noises during the first week. Despite following the detailed procedures for setting out garbage our bins were never emptied and we never saw they refuse collectors on this street so we had to take the very smelly garbage to the emergency collection depot after a few days of waiting for collection. These were minor inconveniences for us, but they may be issues others wish to know about.
