Enjoy your amazing view from this 9th floor balcony off of both the living room and Master bedroom! This recently updated unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, 4 TV's, DVD, a jacuzzi tub and separate shower in master bath, washer/dryer for your convenience and LVP & tile flooring throughout.

Great place to stay ! Easy access to the beach, quick elevators, clean pool and sundeck. We saw tons of wildlife and shells, we would definitely recommend this place and consider staying again in the future. Such a great experience !

The property was just as pictured and accommodated my family very well. The view of the beach was awesome. The beach is far from private so be aware of the volume of people out there daily. The only drawback seemed to be due to previous occupants. Most of our cooking utensils were dirty with dried food stuck to them so we had to rewash them. I'm not certain if that is an issue the maids need to check as the instructions say to wash your dishes prior to leaving (which is common courtesy after all). I'd advise people to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags as we quickly ran out of the small inventory provided. It was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this place.

Its all about the view, which is fantastic!! Great location, very quiet & well appointed kitchen. Pool was clean, not over chlorinated. Great selection of games available in a cabinet. Very nice condo - it is maintained well, and was a great place to spend time. Balcony was large, and enjoyable. Great location with convenient access to the beach. We did return to the unit one day to unexpectedly find maintenance staff in the condo - they were polite and left immediately upon request. We did also receive a follow-up apology from the property management company.

Stunning Beach Front Rental

We rented this condo with our family over Thanksgiving break. It has a stunning ocean view & comfortably accomodated all of us!
