Dolphin Run was fantastic! The property had everything we needed. Space for our entire family. The kids loved riding the provided bikes. The beds were very comfortable, much more than what you get at the finest hotels. The gated community was great, neighboring visitors were all families and friendly. Steps to the beach made it easy to come up for lunches and breaks during the day. Absolutely wonderful trip, and we couldn’t be happier!

Great House

Dolphin Run is a great house just steps from the beach. Great views from the 3rd level, inside a gated neighborhood with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and just 2 miles from Seaside.

Great get away

We celebrated our sons 8th grade graduation with a boy/mom trip to the beach and this house was perfect! The girl moms and their daughters stayed in the house next door and it was just so much fun. LOCATION WAS FABULOUS!

Perfect Spot

This rental was amazing. Location was great especially with little kids. Gated neighborhood so no worrying about cars and a quick walk from the beach. Having chair rental included saved so much time having to haul stuff back and forth. Will definitely try to stay here again

Beach Bliss

Lovely home a short distance from beach! First off the booking and check in process were super easy and responses to any questions were prompt and helpful. The home is simply lovely with plenty of room to come together and retreat. I loved the lookout nook and viewed stars every night. The beach chairs, ice maker, and bicycles were wonderful extras that we all enjoyed. Great location and easy walk to beach! Loved everything about it and hope to return!

Great location

This house is in a great location. It takes 2 minutes at most to walk to the beach. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. The house overall could use some updating. The mattresses in the bedrooms are extremely uncomfortable. There are also no bathtubs in the house so if you have small children, this is inconvenient. Overall, we had a good stay. It’s not the nicest place I’ve stayed along 30A but the location and the size make it a good option

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dolphin Run is a beautiful rental on 30A. It's 2 miles from the town square in Seaside and steps from the beach. Anything you need is a bike ride away. The house is very well equipped and our only complaints are the lack of hairdryers in the bathrooms (listed in amenities) and the quality of the beds/bedding. The mattresses definitely need some memory foam toppers and the pillows, sheets, and blankets need to be upgraded. Other than that, I do recommend this rental and suggest packing a hairdryer, pillow, and an extra blanket if you can.

We have currently purchased blow dryers for each bathroom. Each mattress will be checked and memory foam toppers put in place where needed. Sheets and blankets are supplied through our linen service and laundered for sanitation after each and every rental for safety reasons. Playing with the Dolphins

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place, super clean. Floors were white and spotless. Dolphin is a huge house with a lot of room. Feels like it was recently renovated with new appliances and very nice bathrooms. Lots of room to spread out and something like 6 (?) bedrooms top to bottom. They even threw in 3 bikes to play with. The deck on the top was the best, and yes you do actually see dolphins swim by from the roof. Gated community that just feels spacious. Room for 4 cars so more than one family can squeezey in here easily. Done the street from Seaside and not too far from Destin (maybe 25 minutes). It took about 60 seconds to walk out the door and be on the sand. Beach is called "private" but it is so quiet on his stretch you won't see a whole lot of other people. The place is set up in a way to make it easy to clean - post pandemic and it stays that way. We spent most of our time on the ground floor and outside, and the place was built for that. My husband said the gas grill was in excellent shape also - which was helpful for him to do most of the cooking. You can walk out the gate and onto the sidewalk and literally go for miles in either direction. Or you can drop down to the sand and do the same thing. Kids loved it and the pool could be seen from the deck - so we could let them go and watch from up high. Nice meeting other people from around the country who came in, but everyone kind of leaves everyone else alone. We tried the high rise condo's before and this worked better for us at the same price. Thanks for hooking us up- we had no problems and we look forward to returning to this one soon.

Great Summer Vacation

We stayed at this property for a week with another family. We had our family of four and our friends/family of three. This was our summer vacation. House was perfect, not what I would call super high end but very nice and comfortable place to enjoy a week at the beach. Location was great with easy beach and pool access. Awesome property management made sure everything was smooth. Also liked the fact that access to property was limited with security gate with code for entry.

The perfect spot!

This property is a short walk to the beach and had great views. We could see the pool from the front porch. The house was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The downstairs bed was on wheels and the headboard was zip tied to the frame, which made it impossible to sit up in the bed. These are the only reasons I did not give it 5 stars.

Perfect House - Perfect Location - Private Beach

The beach is a very short walk to the private beach, which had a set complimentary beach chairs and umbrella so we didn’t have to pack as much! We could sit on the porch and watch the grandchildren in the pool, which was just a few steps from the porch. Restaurants in walking distance. There is a coffee shop across the street but we didn't us it. The kitchen had everything we need, including complimentary coffee waiting for us. The house is very comfortable and clean. With our grandchildren staying with us, the washer and dryer come in handy. Would definitely recommend this rental!!!

The owner of Dolphin Run also owns the house on both sides, Seashell Castle and Coral Reef. A perfect place to get together with many families. Based on the pictures on the website, and when we arrived, so many upgrades have been done. New refrigerator, new stove, and my favorite it the new TOUCHLESS kitchen faucet. Oh, and the new smart TV's was a plus. It was really nice walking into an extremely clean house. We loved having a gas grill to cook on. Everything we needed was provided. Restaurants in walking distance. Seaside and Grayton Beach just down the road. I definitely recommend this house for any occasion, spring break, Easter, summer vacation, fall break, Thanksgiving, or Christmas. I give this house a 5-star.

we loved the beach house. Our friends rented before and we decided to rent it this year. When we arrived the house was so clean and we noticed several upgrades had been done. We love the new look and how clean it was.. We will definitely go back. Also love the location, walking distance to several stores and dinning options. And the complementary bicycles makes it even easier to get around without having to find parking. I know we live near by, but staying on the beach was wonderful experience for our family.

We stumbled upon this rental and it seemed almost to good to be true! But delivered what they promised. Redecorated, very clean and every thing we needed to just open the door and enjoy our vacation. Perfect location to the beach, swimming pool and a wonderful array restaurants and shopping within walking or a short bike ride. Best part is neighborhood grocer a few miles away. Beautiful Gulf views, amazing sunsets, the best of the Emerald coast,, safe gated community will definitely rent again. Bonus is Oversee Vacation Rentals has the best customer service from check in to check out!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The positives: Celine and Wil with Oversee were very nice. They tried to be as accommodating as possible. I would definitely rent with them again.The not so positives: the house is in major need of updating. When we arrived the upstairs was very hot only to realize the 3rd story AC unit was not working. I called and no one could look at it until the next day so the 2nd floor was super warm. There were 2 portable A/C units in a closet downstairs which tells us there have been precious issues with the A/C. My husband had to hook one of them up on the 3rd floor because it was a sauna up there. The TVs are very, very smalll. They are honest about that and it holds true...there are no TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. The refrigerator is very old. It definitely needed replacement as the freezer leaked water in to the fridge the entire stay. The 4th bedroom downstairs is very small. It literally fits a bed and that’s it. No dresser or no room for storage or to even put your suitcase on the floor and not unpack. The closet was full of 2 vacuums and 2 portable A/C units so no room in there either.The house is a great location and is a super cute house, however it needs a lot of love and attention. I love the location of the home and the accessibility to the beach, but we would not stay in this particular home again.

Great neighborhood

We love this neighborhood. Easy access to the beach. The teenagers enjoyed bicycling. The beach chair guy made getting chairs effortless. Just a perfect location and great property.

September 2020 Stay

Oversee Rentals went out of their way to accommodate when things didn’t go as planned. This was the 2nd time I booked with them and could not be more pleased. Will definitely be my go to for all vacation plans. Can’t thank the, enough.

We had a wonderful stay! The beach house had such a wonderful view. It was so clean, had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc. great location - walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Can’t wait to go back
