That sounds like an incredible moment! We're so glad you enjoyed seeing the bears in their natural habitat. Thank you for sharing such a special experience with us.
This was a perfect stay for our girls trip! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed all the amenities such as the hot tub and the pool. The porch provides a beautiful scenic view of the mountains. The kitchen was wonderful to have for our food. We even watched a Dolly Parton movie in the Theater room! I highly recommend this rental!

Watch arrival and departure videos before your stay
We had a great time but it would have been better if we looked on the app at the different videos because we thought a lot of the amenities was broken but it was only that it took steps to utilize them, and because your in the mountains you have limited service

We're happy to hear your stay at Beaver's Treehouse was enjoyable overall, even if you had some difficulty in utilizing some of the cabin amenities. We would love to host you again in the future!
I booked on VRBO then you have to do an ID and credit card verification online through Cabins for you which was complicated and annoying. I never had to do those additional steps with other bookings. Neighborhood is conveniently located but looks very generic and houses are close together. The views from the back deck are totally amazing and hard to beat. The house was clean but kitchen needs attention. No pulls on the cabinet drawers and they are all coming loose. No spatula when you are trying to cook breakfast , and that kind of thing. Oh the towels are baby towels. Never have I seen a towel that small in my life and thin and worn. The towels and kitchen furnishings definitely made the experience feel cheap. Its not a premier place but its good and the view is as good as it gets.

House was nice, but many amenities were disappointing.
House is very nice and view is amazing. When we arrived 2 guys where there setting up the pool. They told us “ it’s not our job, but you need to tell them the hot tub is dirty”. We opened the cold hot tub and it was full of dirt, leaves, and other debris..like it had been left open. I texted the manager and was told I needed to email in pictures… problem was WiFi was so poor we could upload pictures. So apparently our word wasn’t enough, we had to prove it and we were not able to. The suana was non-functional. It never got very warm. The downstairs bedroom was 55 degrees with the thermostat set at 72, so was too cold to sleep. Don’t bother letting them know after asking them about the hot tub. The kitchen was great and clean and the theater room was awesome! I really liked the house, but for the price with the dirty or disfunctional amenities I don’t feel there was much value.
The view from the cabin was amazing to see the mountains each day from eating at the kitchen table to relaxing in the living room. What a beautiful view when waking up as well. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. The cabin was pretty close to everything in Pigeon forge parkway.
We're so glad to hear the cabin felt cozy and that you had such a great time. It honestly means a lot to us that you enjoyed your stay. We truly appreciate you choosing to be with us. Your kind words really brighten our day. Hope you’ll come back and relax with us again soon!
