Love this place

We stayed here last year and I expect we'll come back to this condo when we return to San Pedro next year. The location is perfect and we really enjoy watching the lagoon from the balcony. (The crocs are so interesting!) Really love this place.

Clean convenient location

The property was very clean and well maintained and conveniently located just outside of the congested downtown area. We would have liked a few basics supplies in the kitchen (coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, etc.)

Great Place to Stay in San Pedro

This was a very clean and centrally located condo. It was close enough to town, but was far enough that you didn't see as much traffic. A coffee shop, burger stand and grocery store are literally across the street. Also like the security guard at the entrance. The local rep, Lourdes, even stopped by and welcomed us to San Pedro!

Spacious and Comfortable

Large 2 bedroom condo on second floor. Huge balcony and nice outdoor pool. Good security and friendly staff. Have to have golf cart to get around. Need to provide your own water after 1st 5 gals.

Comfortable and convenient

This is a great location. Right in the middle of the island. Not downtown which we were thankful but soncloae that you can get to everything. The responsiveness of staff was great and very helpful. The place we stayed at had comfortable beds, huge balcony for evening cocktails and watching the sunset. We never did visit the pool but it looked well kept even though a hurricane did roll through the previous year and they were still fixing some amenities. I would stay here again.

Pretty good stay

We had a good stay. There are some issues with the shower functions in giving hot water. A guide for use posted on the wall of each bathroom would be nice. The shower drain in the master is a bit sharp and could cut someone. The property appeared very clean upon arrival, however many of the surfaces were quite dusty. Overall it was comfortable with a great view.

Comfortable unit with some basics. Great location and views My only issue would be the hot water as the kitchen and Bathroom did not have it. Only the bedroom bathroom had hot water The kitchen could use a few basics such as salt and pepper… Beds were super comfy and lots of towels to use which was great! Reps from Vacasa were great and quick to deal with All in all, great place

Great price for the experience and location

Great place no big complaints. It was Very easy to check in and communicate with the concierge. The place was clean and had everything you need. We are a family of four and had my mother-in law and we all fit very comfortable. Location was perfect for secret beach and center of town and water taxi. This was worth booking, on site my 2 boys were entrained by the alligators (didn’t bother any anyone just swim and sun bathed) and the iguanas. Great views. The security guards even helped us carry our luggage up to the second floor. Top notch, felt safe and friendly. Our shower didn’t work in the primary bedroom but we notified concierge and hopefully it will get fixed for the next guest.

Perfect place to for two couples. Very spacious and clean with a great view of the lagoon. Everything was as stated on VBRO. Very close to restauruants and shopping. Our host booked our snorkle trip for us, she was very accommodating, and ckecked on us before our arival to see if we needed any assistance. The hall bedroom bed could use a foam pad to make it more comfortable.

The pictures for this property does not do it’s any justice. This place is so nice, clean, roomy and the staff on the site (Security, grounds keepers & neighbors) were super amazing. The balcony had an amazing view of the lagoon and it’s the entire length of a condo. Great water pressure in the showers. The water at the community pool was warm and inviting. The property is conveniently located to the local market, a very cute quaint coffee shop and close enough to town. I would definitely consider staying here on future visits.

Excellent 2bd property.

The value was very good for this location. Felt like home. Save money by cooking now and then in the full kitchen. The concierge, JC and property manager, Sergio, were exceptional. It’s a short ride downtown by suped up golf cart, which everyone has. Bring your drivers license and insurance. Watch out for the crocks in the back. Take a catamaran snorkel trip. Even if you can’t swim. Check out Secret Beach.

The condo was quiet and faced the lagoon. Room was clean, staff helpful and friendly. They arranged our COVID test. Nice pool. Could walk to a few restaurants and bars that had good food. Golf cart rental was close and a small grocery store.

3rd Time's a Charm

My family and I always enjoy staying at Mara Laguna. It's the only rental in San Pedro where you definitely feel at home. The condo was comfortable as usual and the compound is safe and secure. Early check-in and late check-out aren't advised, nonetheless management was very responsive to our needs during our stay, which was appreciated.
