45 Day Stay in Playa Del Rey

I am from Phoenix and wanted to get away from the extreme summer heat of the desert and be closer to my grown son who lives in Redondo Beach for an extended stay. This property caught my eye as being the best bang for the buck and still close to the beach and many other attractions of the area. I work remotely and needed a place that I could work from during the day and get out during the evening and weekends. This place was perfect! The owner Max met me at check in and showed me around the nice property where the Condo is located. The landscape is lush and well maintained with two nice pools and manmade creeks and ponds with large pine trees that keep the area shaded. Had a large parking area for my truck which was very convenient. I could even get a smaller car in behind if needed for guest. The place itself is well maintained and very comfortable. Only needed a fan in the window and had windows and patio door all the time. It has a nice, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and nice bathroom facilities for showering etc. Plenty of space for storage. I t was a great place to work from with fast internet connection. I didn't miss a beat. I really enjoyed the Playa Del Rey community and surrounding areas are so nice. I brought my bicycle and rode all over the area down by the beach etc. I highly recommend Max's condo and would definitely stay there again. I already miss the area being back in hot Phoenix area again now.
