Detached house in the countryside. Well located between town (15kms) and sea (10kms). This character house overlooks a private enclosed garden;
 and at the back on a private courtyard for parking. The house consists on the ground floor of a living room-kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and upstairs a bedroom. An old farmhouse that will delight lovers of stone. Electric heating remains the responsibility of the tenant, ie € 0.30 per kw.
